"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Communication and Amenities"
The workers here don’t talk well with residents or amongst themselves. They forget to tell us about activities and what’s on the menu. The little shop they have is hardly ever open, and when it is, it’s got hardly anything to buy. They don’t make it easy to cash checks. Fixing things takes forever. And there’s more! We don’t get to discuss food options with them, just one choice. They keep us locked in until mealtime and then make us wait even longer. The place is messy and the food is boring.

"Friendly Staff and Clean Facilities, with Some Minor Issues"
The staff here are really nice and helpful. Moving in was easy, and they even accepted deliveries a couple of days before we moved in. It's great because everyone remembers your name. My family can ask questions anytime. The food is good most of the time, and the wait staff are amazing. The only thing I don't like is the laundry schedule. They pick it up during the second shift and return it during the third shift, sometimes as late as midnight or 6:00 AM. I'm not a fan of those hours. But overall, I would recommend this place to others. It's nice and clean.

"I recommend The Arbors at Westbury. It feels like home with a family-like vibe. The staff is friendly and competent. Communication, especially with [name removed], is excellent via email for quick answers. The maintenance staff is also very helpful."

"Great Staff, but Transportation Needs Improvement"
The nurses, housecleaning, dining, and other staff at Chapel Hill make it a great place for my mom. The staff are excellent. However, the administrative side needs to work on hiring and keeping van drivers because missed medical appointments due to no drivers is a big problem and should be fixed.

"Highly Recommended Senior Living with Friendly Staff and Clean Environment"
We really enjoy Chapel Hill Senior Living. The staff and residents are friendly, and everything is very clean. From our experience, we would definitely suggest this place to other families.
