"Serious Issues at Facility: Poor Care and Mismanagement"
Definitely look for a different place, and here’s why: 1. They falsely recorded a positive COVID test for no reason. They didn’t even stop visitors or restrict movements, and there were no symptoms. 2. No one bothered to check on either of my parents, who were stuck in their apartment all the time. 3. They showed us a fancy menu when we first visited, but it was all fake. They’re charging a ton, yet my parents were stuck eating sandwiches or tough meat for dinner. Both of them were losing weight despite having healthy appetites. 4. Fire alarms were constantly going off, night and day. They were told to stay in their rooms, but no staff member came to check on them or reassure them there was no fire. That’s a huge safety risk. 5. They have a terrible policy about leaving. Even when one parent was in hospice and clearly not coming back, they still charged the full amount because of a 30-day notice policy. This seems unfair under these circumstances. 6. No one responded to emergency call buttons. My family had to constantly rush over to help, not the staff. 7. I talked to the vice president about these issues, and she had nothing to say. They had fired the nursing director for incompetence, and I've told other families to check on their loved ones' records too. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone.

"Nice, clean, friendly, accessibility concern"
Nice community, friendly people, clean; accessibility was a concern.

""Understaffed Facility with No Overnight Nurse""
I'd warn everyone that this place doesn't have enough workers for its many residents. With only 1-2 aides and a single med-tech for 158 people, the staff is overwhelmed. Plus, there isn't even a nurse on site at night. We've had to visit daily to ensure our relative is okay.

"Avoid this assisted living, bad management, expensive and skimps."
My parent stayed there and it was not good. The people in charge don't do a good job. It costs a lot, but they don't give good care.

"Nice Building, Poor Management"
The building looks nice, but the people in charge don't seem to care about the residents. Families get ignored, the food is bad, and there's no place to exercise or make friends. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

"Nice Community, but Lacked Warmth and Homey Feel"
We visited this community and it was really pretty with a nice atmosphere. The staff gave us a good tour and was friendly and helpful. While walking around, I saw a party with some residents and an activity happening in the library. The people there looked active and welcoming. I decided not to choose this place because it felt too much like a hotel and didn’t have the warm, friendly vibe I was looking for.

"Mixed Feelings on Excellent Assisted Living Facility"
The place was awesome! It felt like staying at a fancy hotel with great views of the river. Overall, we were pleased, but there was one staff member who seemed friendly and helpful at first, but turned out to be not so great when we dug deeper. However, the facilities were top-notch and really made us want to live there ourselves!
