"Outstanding Facility, Helpful Staff, Pricey for Budget"
This place was really nice, and the staff was super helpful whenever I had questions. They keep it in good shape, but it costs $110.00 a day, plus more if you need extra help.

"Great facility, but adjustment and cost factors noted."
I wanted my mom to choose a facility with more activities and fewer sick residents, but she decided to stay close to home where she has a few friends. After five years of discussions, we finally made the move. I thought she’d notice the residents were older, but she didn’t expect so many elderly people. Although she’s 90 and still drives, she ended up in a two-room suite because it was the only option available. This extra space might help her adjust, though it costs more. We’ll see how things go in 3-4 months. The staff has placed her with healthier residents in the dining room. On the plus side: she’s safe, not alone, made her own choice (with me handling paperwork), and the staff is kind. The facility is clean, has a resident dog and cat, and she likes the exercise program. It’s on one level, so she stays active walking to activities and meals. The staff communicates well, but you need to ask questions since there’s no orientation for newcomers. It’s only an hour away from me.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Communication Lacking, Staff Transition Issues"
I called , the manager I guess, but she never called back. When we started, they found a new girl who worked at a hamburger joint but had her CNA. We got her, and she was nice, but then she got offered a manager position at the hamburger joint. So, we got a new girl, she, who has experience taking care of a woman upstate. We had some issues with scheduling and paychecks; we agreed to monthly payments, but there was a misunderstanding, and she sent everything at once. I called the headquarters in Atlanta, and they said they'd fix it, so it's just been a bunch of little things adding up. The biggest letdown was the first girl leaving and the billing confusion. I know it'll all get sorted out, but I don't have time for all this.

"Oversized Facility with Inattentive Staff and Long Waits"
The place was really large and I didn't feel like they paid much attention to me when I entered. I was left standing and waiting for what felt like forever before anyone even bothered to ask me why I was there.
