"Inadequate healthcare and neglect at an assisted living facility."
This place serves cold sandwiches for dinner to the residents, so I advise you to avoid it. The staff here are mostly indifferent to the residents' needs. They even refused family visits during the pandemic, I wasn't even allowed to go near a window to see my loved one. If you bring something for your family member, it's just left out on the front porch until a staff member gets around to it, which could take a few days. They even fired the executive director. My family member was sent to the hospital multiple times in under three months. On top of all this, they don't have a backup generator for oxygen use.

"Great Choice for Mom!"
We visited several places, and in the end, we picked this one because it had most of what we wanted. The location is a bit farther than we’d like, but it’s okay. Mom really likes the staff and other residents. She’s made some friends. Sometimes she gets bored, maybe because she’s not into all the activities. But she loves the food here—she finishes her meals, which she didn’t do at home. We’d recommend this community.

"Kind Staff, Good Care, But Facility Needs Upgrading"
The staff was nice and welcoming. It looked like they were taking good care of the people living there. However, the center really needs some updating. The rooms were small and not bright at all.
