The staff treated my mom well, the place was clean, and there were plenty of activities. However, I didn't like paying for services that weren't actually provided. It would have been helpful if they assisted my mom with her broken arm.

"Friendly Staff, Great Food: Not Your Typical Nursing Home"
The people who work at Atria Forest Lake are really nice and they are very active with the residents. The food they serve is also really good. It doesn't feel like a nursing home at all. Having fewer patients for each staff member is definitely a good thing.

"Great listening, convenient location, recommended by community, highly recommend."
The assisted living place is really good at listening to our worries and helping us solve them. We chose this community because it's close to where I live, smaller than other places, and many people from our church said it's a good choice. I think other families would like it too.

"Mixed Experience at Atria Assisted Living"
Atria was nice, but it lacked a secure front entrance and didn’t focus on memory care. It felt more like a locked mental facility, which was quite depressing. The assisted living area looked good, though, and it wasn’t locked, but we didn’t require that.

"Personalized Care and Engaging Community at Atria"
My mom has been at Atria for a few years and it's been really good. It's not a big place, so all the staff know her name. They always try to help with special things she needs and make sure she gets the right care. Mom doesn't join in a lot of activities, but the staff keep finding new ways to get everyone involved.

Everyone here is super friendly. We enjoy fun activities, and the staff has been around for a while. Been here for 2 months now, and the food is pretty good.

"Atria: Cozy, Safe, and Enjoyable for Loved Ones"
The Atria is a cozy and safe place for my loved one. The activities director keeps things interesting by decorating the environment. Residents enjoy occasional outings for ice cream, food, and shopping. I wish there were more activities for those who want more than just crafts. While it’s not as spacious as newer communities, overall, it’s a nice place.
