We visited the community, facility, and surrounding areas. I liked how clean it was and how friendly the staff, visitors, and residents were. The unit felt spacious and calming.

"Challenging Carpet"
I visited Belvedere Commons of Seneca. The lady I met was really kind, but the carpet was a challenge for my grandma in her wheelchair or when walking.

The kitchen staff does their best with the food truck offerings. And the playground lady offers a variety of activities.

"Clean, friendly, with good amenities. Mom approved!"
My mom thought this place was nice when she came. She said the people who work there were nice, and the place was kept clean. They also seemed to have good things to do and nice extras.

"Disappointed With My Initial Visit"
My time at this facility wasn't too good. When I first rang up to organize a visit, the woman I talked to told me she wouldn't be there, but that someone else would assist. However, when I got there for my scheduled visit time, there wasn't anyone prepared to show me around. Eventually, a staff member became ready, and the tour was okay. I didn't get the sense that this was where I wanted to be.

They do a great job at Belvedere Commons, taking great care of my loved one! The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is very caring and attentive. When my loved one had some health issues, they quickly noticed and responded the right way!

"Belvedere Review"
I visited Belvedere as planned and noticed some changes. I had already put down a deposit two days before he was supposed to move in. However, during the assessment, they placed him at level 5 because he needed his Parkinson's meds six times a day. Even though he can dress and feed himself, he requires help with shaving and showering. The monthly price increased from $2900 to $4000, which he couldn't afford. I had to inform them that he wouldn't be moving in. Thanks for your assistance, but he will stay at The Residences at Park Place.

"Limited memory care space felt claustrophobic."
I visited this place when I was searching. Their memory care area is quite small, and it felt a bit cramped. They were also a good distance away; if they were closer, I might have considered them.

"Clean Place, Nice Staff, But Dad Might Not Like It"
The place was tidy and the workers were nice, but I'm not positive my dad would like living here.
