"Newer Facility with Staffing Concerns"
This place is pretty new, so it has some cool stuff. But there aren't enough workers, and the ones they have don't seem to know what they're doing.

"Great Tour with Friendly Staff and Residents"
Our family visited in person, and the lady who showed us around was super enthusiastic. We really liked the place. The other staff we met were nice, and they even introduced us to some residents. It was a great tour.

"Beautiful facility, but needed memory care focus for loved one"
Our family visited and found it a beautiful community. The tour guide was fantastic, but we needed a place that focuses only on memory care because of our loved one's health.

"Great care and service, but the building needs some updates."
The people here are really nice and quick to help. The activities and food are usually pretty good for the residents. They keep families well-informed too. The community offers both a la carte choices and a main course option for the residents. They also help with laundry and basic housekeeping. The only downside is the inside of the building needs some updates.

"Good Efforts, But Needs More Staff"
Right now, many places are having a tough time with staffing. I would suggest that your loved one should call for help if they need it. I do think this community is trying to get better and hire more staff. They have activities like bingo, pet visits, and other things to keep the residents busy and active. My loved one can't join in often, but there's always something going on, like people coming in to sing, cooking, and more.

"Better fit elsewhere."
We loved this community, but another one suited our loved one better.

"Overall, good choice with spacious rooms and screened porch."
We picked Benton House because it's nice, has one-floor rooms, and is close. The rooms are big, and my relative's room even has a screened porch. Staff is a bit scarce, so things can be slow.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Expectations"
The people who convinced us to move in did a great job, but once we were there, things weren't so great. Some of our family member's things got stolen, including valuable stuff. It was hard to talk to the staff when we needed to. They moved our loved one to a different part of the facility, but it wasn't a permanent room, and it took a long time to get them settled. Meanwhile, they got worse quickly. Our loved one wasn't comfortable in the temporary room and sometimes slept in the dining hall. The activities weren't very interesting. But the people who took care of them in the memory care area were nice and would help us get in touch since our loved one couldn't have a phone.

"Small, friendly, and supportive community. Mom’s transition was smooth."
We picked Benton House over The Bridge. The place is very nice, and it’s small enough for the staff to really get to know the residents and their families. The team here has been amazing and always ready to help with any questions. Mom has settled in perfectly. I highly recommend Benton House!

"Best Assisted Living Facility We Toured"
My brother and I were really impressed with the tour. Everything was clean, organized, and friendly. The apartment was nice and just the right size. The price was a bit high for us, but we think it's worth it. You get what you pay for, and this place is the best we've seen. Thanks a lot for all your help and support.
