"Great Care and Activities at The Bloom Assisted Living Facility"
My mom moved to The Bloom for assisted living after falling and becoming frail in her mid-nineties. The rooms are nice, with her one-bedroom having a large bedroom and a separate sitting area. They offer three meals a day with different choices, and housekeeping and bed making are done daily. They also do laundry. The staff is friendly and patient with both residents and families. Residents are encouraged to do light exercises and join in activities like musical performances, movies, bingo, parties, and more. There’s a hairdresser on site, and a manicurist and podiatrist help out. Physical therapy is available, and they even take residents on trips to nearby stores and outings. While my mom would prefer to be at home, she’s gotten better physically and mentally since moving to The Bloom. We feel she’s safe and happy there. They make payment easy through direct checking account transfers, and the cost is reasonable for everything she gets. Thanks to The Bloom!

"Bloom at Hilton Head: A Loving and Safe Home"
I can’t say enough good things about Bloom at Hilton Head. Every family has to make the decision that works for them and set their expectations. After making a mistake and moving Mom to another senior facility, we moved her to Bloom at Hilton Head a year and a half ago. Her mood and attitude got so much better; she is happy and gets lots of attention from the staff. The CNAs really care about her and take great care of her. When I visit, which is often, she is happy and smiling. My Mom now needs more help, and Bloom has been there every step of the way. I’m so glad we made this choice. I can reach out to the staff anytime, and they are always available and responsive. Thank you to [name removed] and her great staff for providing a loving, caring, and safe place for my Mom.

"Reliable and Caring Assisted Living Facility for Loved Ones"
My mother-in-law has been placed in the memory care section of the elder community. Things are going pretty smoothly. They keep the community and her living space clean and organized. They have lots of activities available. All the workers are nice, and they've been really helpful and welcoming. My mother-in-law likes the food they serve. Most importantly, I know she is safe and being taken care of really well. I would suggest this community to others.

"Mixed Impressions at Assisted Living Facility"
Having visited the assisted living facility a few times, I found it quite impressive. My mom resides in the Alzheimer’s wing, which is very nice. However, my only complaint is that they don’t have automatic payment setup for billing. Additionally, they’re working on getting a phone system set up near my mom’s location. Currently, if I want to talk to her, I have to call one of the staff members and use their cell phone.
