"Brookdale Conway: Dark and Cramped, Not Suitable for Family"
I visited Brookdale Conway and it wasn't great. The place felt too dim. The single bedroom apartment was incredibly tiny. It's not a suitable choice for my family member.

"Caring Staff and New Friendships"
The staff were really good at their jobs. They paid attention to my loved one, although sometimes they were understaffed. I enjoyed meeting the friendly people there. The food wasn’t a hit with my loved one, but they did make new friends. Overall, I’d consider sending them back or going myself.

"Small but Nice Assisted Living at Brookdale Conway"
Brookdale Conway is a really nice place. But it's too small—only about 30 residents. We wanted a bigger community for more interaction.

"Great Choice for Personalized Care!"
We picked Brookdale Conway because it's a smaller place that doesn't feel like a hospital. They only have around 30-40 residents, so it's more personal for your loved one. My mother-in-law has a nice studio apartment there. The staff is really good at taking care of people with dementia. They make sure residents stay active and even offer physical therapy on-site, which my mother-in-law loves. The staff communicates well and always calls when needed. I'd definitely recommend them to others.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living"
The staff knows a lot and seems to care, but they're stretched thin. They didn't call me back on time, which was frustrating. The biggest problem is that they need more help. I like the place, though. Meals are healthy, but the snacks are junk food. The residents seem happy.

"Underwhelmed by Brookdale Conway; Staff Mediocre"
The place wasn't as great as I thought it would be. The folks I chatted with during the tour were just alright.

"Mixed Experience with Memory Care"
Brookdale is a nice place to live, but it’s not great if you have memory issues. The staff is helpful, and the food is okay. However, they really need to improve the meal choices. They claim to offer assisted living and memory care, but the memory care falls short. My friend was let down because there were no activities he could participate in due to his lack of understanding. On the positive side, the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the nursing staff and aides are excellent. The management could improve by being more visible and approachable.

"Assisted Living Falls Short in Patient Care and Staff Consistency"
This place looks nice, but when it comes to taking care of people, especially if your mom has dementia, they aren't experienced enough. If your mom has food allergies, they don't pay attention to what she eats or drinks. They also don't have lactose-free products. They once left my mom sleeping at a cleared table in the dining room long after breakfast hours. The prices keep going up, but the care keeps going down. There aren't enough staff, especially on weekends, and the staff changes a lot. Laundry isn't done properly, everything gets shrunk, and clothes go missing. I'm trying to find somewhere else for my mom, but it's tough to move her now. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone with dementia.

"Found a kind and helpful community, but chose another option."
I visited this place for my mom. It was good. Everyone was nice and the staff I met was friendly and helpful. Most things were fine, but I found another place that suited us better.
