"Beautiful Rooms, Concerns About Future Care Needs, Overall Nice"
I visited this community. It cost more and was farther from home than others I saw. Their rooms are beautiful and everything seemed good. I worried that if my mom got sicker they might not be able to give her all the care she might need. So, we kept looking. But it did seem very nice!

This place is pretty good for my loved one. The staff is nice, and everything seems fine. The tour was helpful, and they gave me all the info I needed.

"Dedicated Staff, Excellent Therapy, Fair Pricing"
We thought their physical therapy was great, not something you usually find in places like this. The Director, who is also a nurse, and the Nurse Director of Wellness are both wonderful and really care about the people who live there. Right now, they're short on staff, which isn't their fault and is happening everywhere. But my family member has no complaints about the food. And compared to other places, I think their prices are just right.

"Impressed by the friendly staff and clean, comfortable facilities"
I recently visited my sister, a resident at Merrill Gardens, in Florida. I had recommended she move there, so I was eager to see it for myself. I was very impressed with everything: her room, the common areas inside and outside, the activities, meal choices, and especially the staff. Everyone was friendly and respectful. I'm sure my brother-in-law would agree with me. Thank you!

"Decent Tour but Brookdale has Peculiar Smell and Dated Interior"
I got to Brookdale a bit early and walked in alongside a Cable fixer. For a while, I saw some employees but no one came to assist me. There was an he Impersonator show happening, so maybe the staff were busy helping the residents prepare. I had to call who unfortunately, had injured herself at home. She felt bad and explained that would take me on a tour. I know stuff happens sometimes that's out of our control. It turns out, is in charge of the building's upkeep and he did a really good job showing me around and responding to my queries. He told me about their safety measures like fire drills. Despite everything, my mom didn't want to check out Brookdale, although she knows it because some of her friends have lived there. After the tour, phoned so that we could talk about my concerns and she clarified everything for me. There was one downside to my visit. The place smelled strange and a bit old inside, which wasn't very pleasant.

"Seeing My Friend Happy Again Is So Uplifting"
I'm so glad I moved my friend closer to me. The change in him since he moved here is great. He's now joining activities, making friends, and enjoys going to the dining room. He even seems to like the food! The staff are all friendly and accommodating. The community is very nice, clean, and well-kept. It's been very uplifting for me to see my friend happy again.

"Great Staff, Fun Activities, Yummy Food, Perfect Location!"
This place is awesome! The people who work here are really great. They're always nice and respectful to everyone. I'm happy that my sister is enjoying all the activities and staying busy. The food is tasty, and we picked this place because it's in a good spot.

"TV Trouble Persists at Brookdale"
My mom enjoys Brookdale. The courtyard with a walkway is lovely, and everyone is friendly. The only issue: her TV isn't fixed after a month.
