"Fairview Park Disappoints with Poor Care and Broken Promises"
My family member used to live at Fairview Park. I was really upset because the people running the place just didn't care, they didn't talk to us or try to solve issues. It was awful. The staff just didn't seem to care either. They didn't follow through on what they said they would do. They messed up giving the right medicines. They didn't stick to the planned meals. I had to move my family member out in a hurry.

"Fairview Park: A Doctor-Approved Choice"
If you’re checking out assisted living places, make sure to ask about on-site doctors. I’d recommend Fairview Park to others.

"Assisted Living Falls Short of Promises, Medication Mishaps Occur"
The meeting didn't match reality. Promised cleaning wasn't done; I had to do it. We paid and gave details, but they claimed they didn't know our move-in date. Food promises fell flat; a young cook made overly spicy meals. Medication mix-ups happened; wrong meds given, unnecessary ones too. Not satisfied; parents leaving soon. Some staff are caring, but overall, can't recommend.

"Mixed Feelings About Rent Increase and Recommendation"
I think I was encouraged to move in just before the third quarter began. This meant they could raise the rent since I signed up in the second quarter. Right now, I'm unsure if I'd suggest this place to others or not.

"Positive Experience with Some Challenges"
We picked Fairview Park because the people in Memory Care seemed to have similar memory issues as my mom, and the place met our other requirements (it was clean and felt like home). Overall, it was a good experience, and most of the staff genuinely cared about my mom. During COVID, it was hard to tell, but there were many staff changes and a 10% price increase in the first year. Recently, things seem better.

"Fairview Park: Good Facility, Could Communicate Better"
We picked Fairview Park because they called us first and we needed to find a place for her fast, and they had space. I rated the care 3 stars because I believe they could do better with telling families about the care. It's a lovely place, with a nice environment and it's clean. It doesn't smell like a nursing home when you go in. I'd suggest it to others who are searching.

"Cozy Quarters Fall Short"
The place wasn’t as cozy as we hoped; it felt a bit outdated.

"Friendly Assisted Living with Porch Visits!"
We’ve visited twice, and everyone here has been great. They’re working hard to keep residents engaged. We loved the community layout, and the fact that she could bring her cats for the first five months was a big plus. Now they’re even allowing porch visits with families.

"Friendly staff and good adjustment; more activities needed"
My mom has adjusted really well here. The staff is very friendly and has been really helpful, especially since this is all new for both of us. I would like to see more activities, especially exercise options, but they are currently looking for a new activity director.

"Top-notch Memory Care, helpful staff, prime location - highly recommend!"
This place is awesome! It's in a really cool community and the Memory Care area is set up great. The person named gave super helpful advice and helped us figure out how to move my mom there. It's definitely one of the places we're seriously thinking about.
