"Poor Care and Cold Food at Hitchcock Place"
Hitchcock Place didn't work out for my Dad. It probably won't for anyone. Some nice people work there, but the care is really bad. Meds are given inconsistently. Staff don't always make sure they're taken. We paid for a 2-hour watch, but it didn't happen. The food wasn't good and often cold. I spent most days and nights there, but then I moved him home, and he's doing better. Staff tried their best, but there weren't enough of them.

I like being at Hitchcock Square on November 9th, 2023. Tomorrow is Friday. They clean my room every week. I've been here for more than 7 years. I'm really happy with everything here.

My dad lived at Hitchcock Place. Overall, it was okay. Most of the staff were nice and attentive. But their medicine system is old and makes mistakes. Not great for someone needing 24-hour care.

I think Hitchcock Place might need more staff. The employees are friendly and helpful, but my sister-in-law isn’t pleased with the food—it’s too bland. They serve hotdogs and beans for supper, which could be improved. Overall, it’s been a good experience, but she’s only been there a month.

"Avoid Hitchcock Place for Truly Caring for your Loved Ones"
Hitchcock Place might look like a great spot for your mom but it's far from it. I honestly wouldn't suggest anyone to pick Hitchcock Place if they really care about their family. Only a handful of employees there truly know how to show kindness.

Our visit to Hitchcock Place was great! The newest building we saw was super clean and well-kept. The tour guide even treated us to cookies and a drink, which was really nice. The staff was fantastic.

This place is really nice and the people here are super friendly and helpful. They remembered my mom's name right from the start, which was great. The food is pretty good, and they make sure we get balanced meals. Plus, they keep everything clean around here. I think it's a good place for seniors.

Overall, I think Hitchcock Place does a good job. They could have been clearer about the move-in fee, which was an unpleasant surprise. However, now that that's behind us, it's been a very nice experience. The facility is clean and well-kept, and the staff are friendly.
