"Poor Care and Service at Assisted Living Facility"
The assisted living place doesn't live up to its hype. I found bugs in all of my mom's stuff. I asked others living there, and it's always been like this. The food isn't good. It's like the residents are rushed for dinner at an inconveniently early time. After dinner, the staff puts them to bed. There are lots of different activities available such as movies, games and puzzles, but the residents aren't encouraged to partake. The staff stays hidden in the small lounges down each hallway during the day. I even found my mom's caregiver asleep on her couch. I've also noticed that my mom's clothes have been poorly washed to the point where I now do her laundry myself. Now, I'm on the lookout for a better place for her.

"A Clean, Friendly Choice for Mom"
The Hope Arbor is a brand-new building, super clean, and well-maintained. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues. The meals are good, and my mom really likes them. The staff, especially [Removed], is very friendly. Mom’s room comfortably fits all her belongings. Overall, we’re happy with our choice.
