"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Took forever to get inside, had to search for staff. Asking for help felt like a hassle. Bathroom by dining area was super dirty. Not happy, especially with rising prices. Seems short-staffed.

"Wonderful, but Not for Everyone"
It depends on what you’re looking for in an assisted living place. They’re wonderful, but if your parents need extra attention and don’t want to be rushed, it might not be the best fit. Like in most facilities, there are some helpers who should consider other job options.

"Manning Facility: Not the Right Fit for Our Mom"
To be fair, the Manning facility seemed nice and was close to our house. After evaluating Mom at our place, Manning really pushed for her to move in, so we agreed. Mom wasn't too happy, but she seemed to be adjusting. However, her mood and mental state went downhill fast. She was a bit grumpy for a few days, but then seemed to settle down. But soon after, Manning wanted her gone. She had discovered the locked fire exits, and they were worried she might try to leave. So, after only a month, Mom had to move again. I don't think Mom got all the care they promised. It looked like her sheets weren't changed every week, maybe not at all. A lot of her dirty clothes weren't washed, and some things even went missing. They said they couldn't get her to take her medicine or bathe.

"Food Choices Need Improvement"
Manning Place is a nice home for loved ones. The staff treats my family member well, but the food could be better. They need more options since he dislikes fish, spinach, sandwiches, and ranch dressing.

"Safe, Friendly Assisted Living with Good Food and Spacious Areas"
I’m impressed with how safe and healthy they keep everyone during the Coronavirus. The food is good, and my mom has a nice apartment. The common areas are spacious, and the activities director does a great job involving residents.
