My mom used to stay at BST of Woodruff, but she fell and broke her hip. They wouldn't take her back unless she did 20 days of rehab, but her insurance only covered 14 days. When she first moved in, she could dress and bathe independently, but after getting COVID in October, she declined physically and mentally. The staff is friendly but sparse, and they don't provide enough one-on-one attention. I'd recommend BST of Woodruff only for high-functioning individuals who need basic supervision or medication management.

"Clean, active community with home-cooked meals; recommended for families."
We chose Brookstone Terrace for its cleanliness, activities, and home-cooked meals. I'm happy with our choice and would recommend it to other families.

"Unhappy with Care and Authenticity at Assisted Living Facility"
We'd rate this place a zero if we could. Care quality, and what you get for your money, is just not good. They should be honest about what services they're going to provide, and what they won't. We wouldn't suggest this place to any other family.

"Brookstone Terrace Assisted Living: A Clean, Supportive Community"
My family and my loved one are pleased with Brookstone Terrace. My loved one can do many things on their own, and the staff are always willing to help when they need it. The place is kept very clean, and that's important to me. They also provide three meals every day for the residents, which is great.

"Caring Community with Room for More Activities"
My family member is here and feels happy. The staff are good at sending pictures of my loved one smiling, which means a lot to me. They communicate well with our family and gave us direct phone numbers for questions. The food is good because my loved one hasn't complained. They serve three meals a day to everyone. The chef is nice and will make special meals if asked. It would be better if there were more activities for the residents to do both inside and outside the community.

"Head Boss Disappoints, Some Staff Shine"
We chose this place because of the head boss. When we first met him, he said everything we wanted to hear. He was really good at his job and we trusted him a lot. But after just one month, problems started popping up. We tried to reach out to him, but he was always missing. Worse, he didn't seem to care at all. There were a few folks who were really good and did more than they had to. But the big problem was with the people in charge.
