"Personalized Care in Small Setting with Staffing Concerns"
Even though my mom lives in a facility, I still feel involved in her care. I appreciate that it's small. This place suits her better than the last one, which was much larger. The biggest issue is they often don't have enough staff. That's when things don't get done. I had two options and picked the one with a roll-in shower.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short in Care, Despite Beauty"
I'd tell them that the place looks nice. The folks living there seem friendly. Dad enjoyed being around others, but the helpers didn't help much. He had to ask to change his pants. They never changed his diaper, and he didn't get a shower. He was still wearing the same shirt I brought him in when I came to get him. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone. He was only there for five days. What if he had to stay there permanently? I was really let down.

"Not Ideal for My Loved One"
I visited this place. The staff was friendly, but the room layout and showers didn't suit my loved one.

"Affordable but lacking in room quality suitable for some residents."
I also liked Morningside, but the way it looked wasn't as nice. The rooms weren't as good either, but it was a nice place. I think my mom would have liked it there, but it costs a lot more for a private room.
