"Pleasant Place with Kind Staff, Needs Better Nighttime Help"
The nighttime assistance could be better. The environment is nice and the staff during the day are mostly really friendly. This place doesn’t have the usual smell of a “rest home”.

"Friendly Staff at Assisted Living"
My Dad stayed briefly, so we didn’t know the staff well. The ones we met were super friendly and helpful.

"Cozy Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"
It's a small and cozy assisted living place. There might be better places out there, but they're usually bigger and cost more. Whenever I visit my loved one, her apartment is well-organized, and she seems well taken care of. I think they could improve the cleanliness of the individual apartments though. Things are tidy, but not always spotless.

"Nice and clean, but not our top choice"
The community looked nice, but it wasn't as good as the other place we were thinking about. It looked clean and nice, and they gave us lots of information.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short in Multiple Areas"
The food doesn't match pictures, lacks fresh produce. Chicken tough. Night staff fired; pill mix-ups; rude responses. New nurse confiscates items, causing distress. Sheets returned poorly; everything wrinkled.

"Unsatisfactory Service and Staff at Assisted Living Facility"
The meals here are nowhere near as fancy as the picture shows. Fresh fruits and vegetables are rarely on the plate. The usual are canned fruits and veggies. The chicken is sometimes cooked too much until it's too hard to eat. The whole night staff was recently fired because they were terrible at their job. Keeping staff seems to be an issue here. The staff who gives out medications can't even identify the pills they're distributing. There were instances when they responded to assistance requests rudely. They just hired a new head nurse who intruded into the residents' rooms without notice and collected all items that said "keep out of reach of children." She threw away dish soap, hand lotion, cleaning supplies, hair spray, and such. My family member felt like he had been robbed. The worst part was, he was allowed to have over-the-counter medicines and cleaning supplies based on his doctor's orders. The items were returned, but he was already emotionally hurt. The sheets are returned rolled up instead of being properly folded. Everything else is returned full of wrinkles.

"Friendly, Caring Staff"
We visited Morningside of Lexington while exploring care choices for a family member. It's a great-looking place overall! The staff left a strong impression—they're super friendly and genuinely care about the residents.

"Mixed Feelings about Assisted Living Facility"
So far, it's been alright. The place is really clean and the people are really nice. They had a problem when their cook left, and now the food isn't very good. When she first arrived, it met all her expectations. They allow pets and were very helpful in letting her keep her dog. We appreciated that the apartment was quite spacious, especially since many others we looked at were small and plain.

"Clean, Friendly, but Bad Food & Lost Cook"
So far, it's been okay. Everything's tidy and people are nice. But the food? Not good at all since they lost their cook. When she arrived, it matched all her hopes. They're cool with pets and really helped her keep her dog. We appreciated the roomy apartment; others we saw were small and dull.

"Clean place, but not enough activities"
It was clean, and the girl who showed us around was friendly enough. It was smaller and didn't have many activities. They mostly just take people for rides. Most residents we saw were in robes with walkers, sitting around watching TV. My loved one is pretty active and likes getting up, getting dressed, and going out to do things, so I didn't think there were enough activities for her.

"Limited Activities Friendly Staff and Clean Environment"
It was tidy, and the lady who gave us a tour was nice. But it's smaller and lacks fun stuff to do. They mostly just go for drives, and many of the folks we saw were in robes with walkers, just watching TV. My grandma likes being active, getting ready, and going out, but there weren't many things for her to do here.
