"Caring Community with Outings"
Overall, it was a positive experience. We moved her due to an open sore, but there was some confusion during the relocation. Initially, there were fewer residents. On the bright side, they let her join outings, which mattered a lot.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
Bathroom needs cleaning. Staff is nice. Food is okay. More activities needed. Affordable.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
Myrtle Beach Grove required money before checking my relative's needs. They said only 2 rooms were vacant.

"Assisted Living Review"
When you visit, they make this place seem great! But after moving in, everything changes. We were told many things that didn't hold true. They pressured us to move our loved one to a more expensive building without our presence during the assessment. If I had more time, I would've asked for different medications, which would've been better. The staff turnover is high, and they're often busy chatting and eating. A few staff members are helpful, but most aren't. I'm considering other options, although my loved one is content in memory care. The food is okay, and there's not much to do besides bingo.

"Poorly Managed Assisted Living Facility"
This place was really bad, and the people who worked there were not very professional.

"Mom Thrives Despite Staff Challenges"
It's a nice place, but staff changes affected the kitchen. Still, Mom's happy.

"More Activities and Outings Needed; Communication Can Improve"
This assisted living facility could use more activities and outings for residents. We thought they would take residents out, but it hasn't happened yet. Even going to the store once a week would be good. They should also check in with residents more often. There's a Sage Leaf Family app that shows activities and who participated.

"All-Inclusive Care in Cozy Community"
This place has been great for my loved one. It’s a smaller, quieter community. The staff is good when you can find them, although it seems they’re understaffed. They provide care like medication management, dressing, and bathing assistance. Plus, the monthly fee covers everything—apartment, meals, housekeeping, laundry, utilities, and linens.
