"Horrible Care at Appealing Assisted Living Facility"

No matter what, DO NOT send your relative here. The place looks nice, modern, and clean, but the quality of care is awful. My dad went there for rehab and wound up in the hospital with lots of new health problems. First and foremost, he fell and no one told us or wrote it down. This was just the start of our problems, and it's documented in his medical records from the hospital. After he got there, we tried to call the place for five days to check up on him and no one answered or called us back, ever. We've talked to other experts in the area who've seen really bad care happening inside. When we tried to get his medical records, they gave us the run around and acted like they didn't care. We've reported them to the state, and I strongly advise you to stay away from this place.
