"“Friendly, Clean, and Recommended!”"
My family member lives at Spring Park Assisted Living and Memory Care. So far, she’s had a good experience there. The staff is friendly and knows everyone by name. Communication has been fine, and the place is clean. It’s worth the cost, and I’d recommend it to others.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Concerns and Care Issues Persist"
I paid two weeks before moving my mom to South Carolina to reserve a room. There was also a community fee. Unfortunately, my mom passed away three weeks after moving in, just one week into her first full month. So, I ended up paying for the remaining three weeks of that month. To make sure the payment for the first full month was on time, I had to pay it twice because the automatic payment didn’t seem to work. I've been asking for a refund for seven weeks now, but I still haven't received it. In total, I paid for three weeks of in-house care assisted by hospice. However, I couldn’t get a refund for the double payment, even though I met with administrators three times over the past seven weeks. When it comes to clinical care, I had to give instructions to each aide because it seemed like no one shared my concerns or requests. On one occasion, I found my mom on her second to last day lying in her bed with diarrhea on the sheets. When I asked for help to clean her, I discovered that the sheet had been placed over another sheet that was also dirty with diarrhea. Thankfully, hospice came in and cleaned my mom so she could pass with dignity.

"Mixed Feelings About Spring Park Assisted Living"
We checked out Spring Park. The staff were really nice and they made sure we understood everything well. The building is all on one floor and shaped like an "X". While we were exploring, we noticed some residents in the main area watching TV quietly without chatting. It seemed like they needed more attention than what my family member requires. But the director was super friendly.

"Outdated Rooms, Friendly Staff, Pricey"
The rooms at this place were old-fashioned. The people who worked there were friendly, but the cost didn't match up with how the rooms looked.

"Pleasant Tour with Availability Limitations"
We had a nice tour. The guide did a great job sharing information. The facility seemed pleasant, but they lacked availability at Spring Park.

"Decent but pricey assisted living, lacking in staff communication."
The place is pretty good overall. I'd say it's okay to suggest it to others, just like any other place. The workers could talk to each other better though. It's on the expensive side, but that's true for all these places. At least it's clean.

"Good Care, But One Incident Led to Change"
In general, the folks at the living place took great care of my mom. They were really kind and did a good job making her feel at home. Sadly, something happened with another person living there that didn’t sit right with me. That’s why I made the tough choice to move my mom somewhere else. The staff was super friendly with my mom. There were lots of nice people around. Since my mom has dementia, it’s usually tough for her to join in on activities, but they tried their best to include her.
