"A Caring Place for Dad"
This small community is really clean and everyone is very nice. My dad looks a lot better and he's happier being there. He eats better, sleeps better, and always stays clean. They even have him walking longer distances than he has in a long time.

"Mom enjoys meals and weekly room care, needs better activity communication."
Mom can't see well and struggles with the activities schedule. Because of this, she spends most of her time in her room because she doesn't know what's happening. However, she really enjoys the meals she gets and appreciates having her laundry done and her room cleaned every week.

"Friendly Staff and Helpful Service at Summit Place Assisted Living"
My family member lives at Summit Place. All the workers there are really nice and always ready to help out. I think other people would like it here too.

"Memory Care Facility Falls Short; Communication Lacking; Good Activities Director"
I wouldn't suggest this place for memory care. The memory care part didn't have enough staff and didn't seem ready to handle residents' health problems. The workers didn't know how to deal with residents who didn't want to sleep at night either. The staff didn't communicate well and weren't around much when we had questions or worries. They even told us to stay away for a whole month to let our loved one adjust. The person in charge of activities was great. She was the only one who talked to us and answered our questions. Food was brought to the residents, but the staff didn't spend time with them during meals either.

"Positive Tour, But Found Better Fit"
We had a good tour. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, we found another place that met all our needs.

"Comfortable Living with Some Room for Improvement"
The porch with rocking chairs is really nice for most residents. For memory care, the food quality could be better with more nutritious meals. Those who can go to the dining room have much better food choices. Overall, I would suggest it to others.
