"Mixed Tour Experience"
Our family visited The Blake at Woodcreek Farms in person, and we had a positive tour experience. Unfortunately, our loved one wasn't accepted into the community.

"Beautiful Assisted Living with Distant Location"
The Blake at Woodcreek Farms is a gorgeous place with high ceilings that feel grand. The cost was higher, but we weren't discouraged. The only issue was the distant location; I thought a smaller environment would be better for her.

"Poor Communication, Exorbitant Pharmacy Fees at Assisted Living Facility"
My aunt stayed in their memory care unit for three months. We constantly struggled to get any return phone calls from the staff. We had to directly visit the facility numerous times and even then, the answers we needed were not provided. Upon retrieving family pictures for my aunt's memory box, we realized they were lost. Regrettably, I had not made any copies. They gave us the option to use their pharmacy service or pay $150 for her medications privately. We wisely opted for their pharmacy, but were extremely displeased with the exorbitant prices. A medication that could be purchased for $3.46 elsewhere, cost an outrageous $159 for barely three weeks' worth. Moreover, we'd provided a case of nutritional drinks for my aunt, who was on a liquid diet. Though she was supposed to receive around 3-4 daily, they only provided her with six in the span of an entire month. I strongly discourage anyone from choosing their services.

My mother-in-law had a great respite stay at this community. It feels like a five-star hotel and is very updated. There are lots of windows, making it bright inside. They offer daily activities and have a nice theater. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The food was great. We will definitely use this community again, and I have already recommended it.
