The Crossings at Five Forks

"Caring Staff and Tasty Sweets at Pleasant Facility"
The place is pretty good. The people working here are really friendly and kind, which is great. They could do a bit better with cleaning up, though. Talking with everyone is super easy. The meals are nice to look at, especially the desserts—they’re delicious!

"Affordable Comfort for Seniors"
All is great. Harmony's Independent Living includes one meal per day and weekly light housekeeping, including bed linens, all covered by the monthly rent. Perfect for my mother-in-law.

"Cozy Assisted Living with Great Floor Plan"
The Harmony meets our needs. My sister is very happy there. We chose it because it's small and we love the memory care floor plan.

"Disheartening Experience in Memory Care Section"
The memory care area is super sad. They don't show as much kindness or get involved as much as the folks in the assisted living part. The people working on the weekends are terrible. You just feel so neglected and down when you step through the locked doors.

"A Big and Busy Place to Consider"
We toured Harmony at Five Forks and thought it was very big and a bit overwhelming. They offer all levels of care. They were full and had no openings when we were looking. We visited several places, and I would tell others starting their search to visit this one.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
I visited this place and thought it was nice. It’s big and has memory care and assisted living. We wanted a smaller place that only does memory care. I think it’s a good choice for people needing assisted living.

"Disappointing Memory Care, More Suited for Independent Living"
Harmony at Five Forks feels better for people who can do things on their own or need a little help. But, their memory care wasn't great. When we visited, hardly anyone was around, unlike other places where everyone was out. The person who gave us a tour was friendly, but this place isn't right for us.

"Great place with caring staff and good activities."
It’s been a really nice place for our loved one. The staff is great and caring. There are many activities and good food options, though we could use a few more choices. Overall, it’s a great place for our loved one.

"Community Age Gap"
We enjoyed the community, but the residents were a bit older than our loved one.”

"Harmony at Five Forks: A Friendly Place with Good Food and Activities"
We like Harmony at Five Forks. It’s a good place for loved ones. Some things need improvement, though. The staff is friendly, but sometimes slow to respond. Residents enjoy the food and activities. The monthly fee covers the room, housekeeping, and utilities (except TV and internet). Apartments have washers, dryers, and full kitchens.

"Promising Future for Large, Corporate Assisted Living Facility"
I checked out this community and heard good things about its future. However, it won't open until Spring, and it seemed too big and business-like. It looks like it's going to be really nice.
