The Willows of Easley

"Needs More Activities and Better Nursing Care"
Don't just go by the first meeting. Make sure to talk to the nursing staff, not just the office staff. They need more activities for the more active residents and more food choices. The nursing staff changes so often that you almost never see the same aides twice. Some aides don't help very well and don't check on residents as often as they should.

"Nice tour, wrong atmosphere"
We toured The Willows of Easley. Atmosphere not what we wanted.

"Assisted Living Facility Leaves Family in a Lurch"
Our experience was really odd. We were about to move in when they did a virtual evaluation of our loved one. Suddenly, they said they couldn't take care of her. We had to rush to find another place within days. It feels like they abandoned us, and I'm confused about what happened. I'm still trying to figure it out.

"Poor Cleanliness and Extra Charges at Assisted Living Facility"
This place has major cleanliness issues. There were bugs everywhere at one time. Most of the staff was okay as they tried their best to do their jobs. There was just one staff member who I had issues with. The food wasn't always the best, some of it was even expired. They didn't offer many care services. Plus, they made me pay extra just to do the laundry, which was their responsibility.

"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Our relative stayed just a week. We said no laundry help, but they forgot, didn't note, or ignored it. They ruined some clothes we got for them, and a few items disappeared. We came from far away for a Saturday tour, but nobody was there. Staff seemed nice to our loved one during her stay.

"Not impressed with dark, smelly rooms and unfriendly staff"
I checked out The Willows, but I wasn't impressed. It was kind of dark inside, the rooms felt gloomy, and the place smelled weird. The staff didn't seem very friendly or interested in having us move in.

"Warm, inviting community with helpful staff; chose another based on care needs."
The tour we had at The Willows of Easley was really nice. It's a friendly place. The staff were kind and gave us good info about what they offer for the residents. We picked a different place because it suited our loved one's needs better.
