"Mediocre Assisted Living at Windsor House Greenville"
Even though Windsor House Greenville is newly renovated, we found it to be just okay. The hallways smell unclean, and the rooms are only cleaned once a week.

"Gloomy Atmosphere, Unsure Staff. Not a Fan of Windsor House."
We really didn't like Windsor House Greenville. It seemed sad, like a funeral home. We can't say much about the staff or food, but we're just going by how it looked and felt.

"Assisted Living Facility Needs Improvement"
The place doesn't look great. It's kinda clean, but not perfect. Didn't work out for my family.

"Attentive Care and Changing Activities Make This Community Stand Out"
We liked this community a lot. It was a good place and they took good care of my mom while we were there. I heard they have a new activity director now and things are getting better. They had activities like speakers, bingo, and checkers for the residents at that time. The staff were really caring and helpful. No matter what I asked, they always made sure to answer my questions and take care of my mom.

"Limited Food Choices, Well-Kept Community"
It's a cozy community, which is nice. There aren't too many people here. The whole place is on one floor. It's an older community, but it's well-maintained. The food is pretty good. Lunch is the main meal. In the evening, it's mostly burgers or hot dogs with lots of fries. I wish they offered more options besides grilled cheese sandwiches or soup.

"Overall Positive Experience at Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"
The community was really clean. The staff is super friendly, nice, and welcoming. The care has been good, and we haven't had any problems so far. The food could be better with more choices, not just southern-style all the time. The price is fair, but I hope it doesn't go up too much more.

"Caring Community with Room for Improvement"
Windsor House is a pretty good place. It’s better than where my mom used to live. The staff really seems to care. They could use more parking, though. It’s a smaller place, but the rooms are a good size. My mom shares a room, and it’s okay. The layout of the place is nice. I feel better knowing my mom is taken care of now.

"Mixed Feelings about Assisted Living Facility"
This place has big rooms and stays really clean. The workers are okay. I think they got new bosses, and the workers could be quicker to help. The food is alright, especially since they got a new cook. They have stuff to do every day. I'd say it's worth considering.

"Great place but lacked secure system for higher care needs"
After they assessed my mother-in-law, they said their system wasn’t secure enough for her memory needs. I really liked this place because it was conveniently located for us. It seemed very attractive and the price was a big deal for us. It was the best deal for what she got and how it looked. They didn't have extra care costs, likely because they wanted to serve people with lower care needs.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Warm, classy, and caring community with some concerns."
This place is small, classy, and clean. It has a very warm and caring vibe. I'm not sure about the price or what happens if my mom's dementia gets worse, but I love it!
