"Great Food and Friendly Staff"
The food is great, staff is friendly, but the pharmacy could be more responsive. Nice people, active residents everywhere—they get it's important for the elderly.

"Small, one-level community with attentive staff and good communication."
The best thing about Atria Weston Place for our family is its smaller size and single-floor layout. The staff are attentive and keep a close eye on residents. We usually have good communication with them. Depending on what someone is looking for, we would recommend this place to other families.

"Mom's brief stay had strict COVID rules."
My mom stayed there for two weeks. Besides their strict COVID rules, I don't have any other feedback.

"Happy with active, caring community despite med cost concerns."
We can't afford their meds, which is a bit worrying. Other than that, we are very happy with Atria. The community is active, and the workers care for and welcome the residents.

Atria Weston Place appeared nice. Everyone was friendly and got along well. Residents and staff interacted more, which was good. The facility was also organized.

"Caring Community Needs More Staff, But Overall Good Experience"
It's a nice community. Right now, like many others, they seem to not have enough staff. Especially the managers seem to be doing double duty. But the people are very nice, and the management is good. The care is mostly good. My loved one is feeling more and more comfortable there. They've been very helpful and accommodating with any concerns we've had.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The assisted living place promised some things that didn't happen. They told us our family member would have to stay in their room for two weeks because of quarantine. Whenever someone left the facility, they had to do this quarantine too. The residents were basically stuck inside and this wasn't what we expected. However, the staff were nice and the food was tasty at the community.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Medication Changes and Billing Issues"
My mom stayed here for a week. They changed her medicine, which needed time to work, and stopped her old meds abruptly. They didn't give her time to get used to the new ones. She was sent to a special hospital for older people with mental health problems for over a month. But when it was time to come back, they refused to take her. And they still charged me for the whole time she was away. I'd advise others to make sure their loved ones are on the right meds and don't have behavior problems, because this place won't tolerate it.

"Great staff and safety make Atria Weston Place the best choice"
We really love Atria Weston Place! The staff is fantastic. I don't have to worry about my mother's safety or well-being there. They keep me updated on everything I need to know and are always available for questions. After visiting many other places, I canceled my other appointments because I knew Atria was the perfect spot for her.

"Clean and friendly community but slightly pricey for our budget."
I really liked this place when we visited. The folks I met were friendly, and everything looked neat and tidy. It was a bit pricier than we hoped, though.

"Mixed Experience with Assisted Living Facility for Mom's Respite Stay"
My mom stayed there for a break. The staff found her a bit challenging. They tried hard to make her happy and comfy. Sometimes she didn't get her meals because she needed extra help, but they made other arrangements.

"Not So Sure This Is A Memory Care Place"
I visited this place along with seven others. I really liked the lively atmosphere and how people interacted. They even have an ice cream area where residents can get ice cream almost anytime. The staff was friendly, knew everyone’s names, and spoke to each resident. They seemed patient and good with the residents. However, the cost was the highest of all the places I looked at ($175 per day). Unfortunately, they didn’t accept my father because he tends to wander near emergency exits. I was surprised by this because I had explained my dad’s situation in detail. This is precisely why he needed memory care instead of regular assisted living. It makes me wonder if they should even be called memory care if they can’t handle situations like this. Isn’t that what memory care is for?

"Memory care not main focus, otherwise friendly and helpful staff."
We visited this place while finding care for our family. It looked nice and everyone we met was nice too. But the part for memory care felt like it wasn't the main thing, and we wanted a place that focused more on that.

"Nice Place - Too Far Away"
I liked this place. It was close to me, which mattered. The price and services were similar to other options I considered. It was clean, and the staff was friendly, but it was farther away.

"Friendly and lively environment despite crowded, small rooms"
The lockdown facility was crowded, and the rooms were small. Despite this, the staff and residents were happy and friendly. Unlike other places we visited where people just sat quietly, this facility had people chatting and interacting. We felt he would be fine there, but we hesitated to move him to avoid any trauma.

"Info"
The staff is great, especially in the memory care unit. Despite being older, the facility is very clean. Management cares about residents. We still think it's the best in Knoxville.

"Warm Welcome, but Heating Needs Improvement"
We really liked it a lot, but it was too hot. Every room we entered felt too warm. Everyone there was really friendly. It was our second favorite out of the four we visited.
