"Friendly Assisted Living with Amenities and Attentive Care"
I recommend reading everything carefully before signing. Overall, it's a nice community with three daily meals and laundry service. Care options include medication management and bathing assistance.

"Decent tour, but not ideal for my brother."
The tour was okay. I didn't think it was worth the cost, and the location felt crowded. Not the right fit for my brother.

"Virtual Tour Lacked Community Exploration"
Our family tried out a virtual tour, and it was okay, but they didn’t show us around much. We missed seeing the variety of rooms.

"Memory Care Okay, But Facility Tight and Depressing"
ONLY GOOD FOR MEMORY CARE! The area for memory care is tiny, with narrow hallways and a small dining room. However, the outside area for the residents is pretty big. In the hallways, there are a few wider spots where residents can do shared activities. But these spots aren't safe from wandering residents. The side of the facility for independent and assisted care looks a lot better and comfier. But behind these areas, it gets too tight and feels kinda depressing. The staff and programs seem okay and seem to have the best interest of the residents in mind.

"Affordable Rates Needed for Good Community Tour"
I had a nice tour of this place. It's a good community, and they keep it clean. The staff was really friendly and nice. My tour went well without any issues. But, their rates were too high for our budget.

"Wonderful tour, great staff"
The staff at Belmont Village Green Hills were incredibly helpful and reassuring. They answered all my questions and even introduced me to current residents for an inside look. When I brought my mother for a visit and lunch (which was delicious!), she liked the environment. We would have moved her in, but unfortunately, she had a terminal illness. Otherwise, she'd be there playing bridge, making friends, and enjoying herself.

"Not an Easy Decision"
My mom's been there for two weeks. She's adjusting, but the staff's care varies by shift. Some caregivers are her favorites, others less so. The nurses and activities are good. It's a tough choice, but I recommend visiting if your family faces it. The system could be better, though. Dementia isn't easy. Check out this location—I compared it to two others and found it the best. Mom's got long-term care insurance, thankfully.

"Mixed Feelings: Not the Warmest Atmosphere, But Well-Cared Residents"
We visited Belmont Village while searching for care for someone dear. It seemed nice, residents were taken care of. Yet, it lacked the friendly vibe we found elsewhere. I believed our loved one might prefer another place.

We really liked this place, but it cost too much for us. The people who work here are really nice and the residents look like they're having a good time.

"Clean and friendly assisted living, but pricey."
We visited this place while searching for care for our family member. It looked good and clean, and the people working there were really nice and knew what they were doing. But it cost a bit more than other places we looked at.

"Not Fancy, Not Costly, with Some Shortcomings"
During my visit, she was very nice and helpful. This place isn't super fancy like some others I've seen, but it's also not super expensive. They have a lot of activities going on, and plenty of chances to meet and hang out with people. The dining area was clean, and there were plenty of folks getting ready for dinner when I was there. The employees weren't as friendly as at another place I checked out. In fact, I overheard a few of them complaining about work within earshot of residents. The carpet had some stains that needed cleaning, and there was some debris lying around that nobody picked up.

"Belmont's Circle of Friends helps slow dementia progression"
When comparing assisted living facilities, most offer similar physical and daily care for dementia residents. What makes Belmont stand out is their "Circle of Friends" program. This program, backed by research, has shown it can slow the progression of dementia.

"Downward Spiral: Abysmal Experience at Care Facility"
My mom or dad lived here for a couple years, and it got seriously worse. Their apartment always stank, and I had to tidy it up most times. Hardly any fun things to do here. They were part of a group called Circle of Friends, but most of the people in this group never joined in. The PALS - they were always hard to track down. There was just one nurse for each huge floor. Talking to anyone was a nightmare. The cost kept going up and down like the stock market! There have been three different heads of the place since August 2011! When you have a problem, no one ever gives you an answer. But they sure do love to complain about your family member. I wouldn't pick this place ever!!!

"Nice place, overall"
Overall, I think this place is nice. It looks good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. My loved one feels safe here, and she really enjoys the bingo! She’s mentioned some noise at night, but I’m not sure if it’s from the staff or other residents. Other than that, we haven’t had any problems.

"**"Loved One's Positive Assisted Living Experience"**"
My family member tried this place for a month and really liked it. They waived the community fee, and there are three floor plans available right away. If you sign a contract this month, you could get $500 off rent for a year—prices range from $2,500 to $4,300.
