"Poor Medication Management and Neglected Personal Items"
I lost many clothes with my name on them. The way they manage medications is not good. They increased my dose, which led to a fight at 1 am. I had to stay in the hospital for 3 weeks before going home. The staff didn’t care about separating clothes or personal items. It was okay for patients to wear other people’s clothes. They only helped when I insisted strongly, and there were no other efforts or policy changes.

"Needs Improvement, Safe Environment for Mom, Overall Nice Place"
The place was nice, but it needs some improvements in care and organization. I felt good knowing my mom was safe and in a nice environment.

"Good Location and Price, but Poor Management Communication"
We chose this community because it had a good location, fair price, and the tour was promising and helpful. They were changing management, which probably caused the poor communication and my disappointment with how things were managed.

"Residents and Staff Care, Issues Addressed Promptly"
Living away from my family was tough at first, but I've noticed that both residents and staff here have grown to care about each other, which has made it easier. Whenever there's a problem, they make sure to handle it right away.

"Brighton Gardens of Brentwood: Best Value for Assisted Living"
As I get to know more people here, they seem really genuine and are trying to do a good job. Compared to the other places I visited, this one is the best for the money. In my opinion, all of them are too expensive. They have added more staff and are making good changes. I am excited about the future with Brighton Gardens of Brentwood.

"Terrible Experience with Assisted Living Facility"
The people at the front desk were really friendly. But the doctor who visited weekly was just awful. I’m not even sure if that person was a real doctor. She made my loved one sign Hospice papers, and now he’s out of the facility, living on his own in an apartment, driving, and even getting better. The meals weren’t good for anyone who could understand what they were eating. They took forever to prepare, were always wrong, and served cold. It was a terrible experience. And the cost kept going up every month after we arrived, blaming it on Covid and lack of workers. The facility has potential, but it needs better management.

"Welcoming Assisted Living, Recommended for Diabetic Care"
We chose this place because they accept sliding scale payments for diabetics. I like that each floor has technicians. They could do better at keeping in touch with families and making door greeters friendlier. Overall, I would suggest it to other families.

"Brighton Gardens Didn't Share Check Up Info; Cancelled Room"
I booked a room for my family member and paid for multiple months while she was getting better at the nursing home. Brighton Gardens of Brentwood sent a nurse to check on my family member 3 different times. The check ups were supposed to approve her move to Brighton. The nurse who did the check ups never shared the results with anyone, not even the nursing home or me. I ended up cancelling the room at Brighton and moved my family member to a different assisted living place.

"Uncomfortable Stay, Small Rooms; Wouldn't Recommend"
The workers at this place were really friendly. But, they didn't have any clean room to take us to. The one they showed us was tiny, and it was meant to be a shared room. I honestly don't know how they fit two beds in there. I had a not-so-great feeling about this place, so I wouldn't vouch for it.

"Not the Best Community, but My Mother Is Doing Alright"
My mom’s doing okay since she moved to this place. It’s not the best, but it’s nice overall. I’m pretty happy with what they’ve done for us. The staff should respond faster when we need help, though. Besides that, my mom’s safe and in good hands. They serve good meals and have lots of activities for residents. Overall, I’d recommend this community.

"Room cleanliness concern overshadows positive adjustment in assisted living."
My family member is doing okay at Brighton Gardens. They have plenty of activities to take part in. But I’m worried about how clean their room is. They’ve been there for about a month, and it doesn’t seem like it’s been cleaned properly. They said they cleaned it last week, but the bathroom was still dirty.

"Nice Place, But Costs Too Much"
I visited this place for my mom and what she needs. The tour was pretty good, and all the people were friendly. The place seemed to be taken care of, and it all looked good. The workers were really nice to me and my family. We had a nice time, but it was just too pricey.

"Great place with lots of activities!"
I haven't experienced any issues with this place. My loved one enjoys it here, and so do I. The staff is great—very understanding and helpful. The only thing I'd like to change is the small room size. They also offer plenty of activities for my loved one.

"I'd recommend this community!"
The food is definitely a highlight. It tastes good, and they have great options. The community stays clean. However, there aren't as many activities as when my loved one first moved in. The staff is good, but they've had a lot of turnover. They're actively working on hiring more staff. Plus, residents are allowed to have pets in their apartments.

""Avoid Costly Deception at the Unstable Assisted Living Facility""
We trusted this place to take care of our mom, thinking they truly cared about her well-being and our family. But once everything was signed and she settled in, we shockingly discovered they reassessed her care requirements and hiked the bill by over 60% overnight! Plus, they never reveal the system they use for this - it’s all just trickery! This facility has never been stable, with staff coming and going so frequently we can never keep up. This unreliable and deceptive place was a grave mistake for us. Please, don’t make the same error! Keep searching, otherwise it might cost you greatly.

"Review of Worn-Out Assisted Living at Brentwood Gardens - Brentwood, TN"
This place used to be really nice about 10 years ago, but now it looks a bit worn out. It seems like it might end up like Belvedere Commons soon.

Overall, things are going great for my loved ones at Brighton Gardens of Brentwood. Everyone is really friendly, and the care staff are both professional and caring. The facility is nice, clean, and well-kept. They also do a great job with the food; my parents enjoy it, and it has been good every time I've tried it.

"Very happy with the overall experience"
We checked out other places, and for what we pay and get here, it’s a pretty good deal. They have a monthly activity schedule, but sometimes things don’t happen as planned. She loves the food, and we’ve eaten there too—it’s really good. Overall, we’re very happy with them. When we first chose this place, we met everyone—the sales staff, the director, and the chef. Everyone was nice, and I liked the room layout. Before signing any papers, we visited at different times without telling them. We asked some residents if they were happy.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Decent Choice, Some Drawbacks"
They can't do IVs or feeding tubes. It's an okay choice. The ALS was great. But the Memory Care unit looked depressing.

"Cost and Care at Creson Assisted Living"
The cost is a factor. The staff at Creson provides unsolicited great care. Patients are clean and engaged with caregivers, who are long-term. However, there's a need for unannounced inspections.
