"A positive experience with daily outings at Brookdale Cleveland."
The billing process was a bit of a hassle initially, but my mother-in-law is quite content there. She loves the daily outings and feels more like her old self. Overall, her experience at Brookdale Cleveland has been positive.

"Caring and Communicative Assisted Living; Staff Treats Residents Like Family"
They keep me informed about my mom's activities with photos. It makes me feel comfortable knowing what she's up to. I think it would be nice if the doctors would contact me more after her appointments, especially since she has dementia. But I'm not sure if that's up to Brookdale or the doctors themselves. The staff is really friendly. I see them interacting with my mom and the other residents, always smiling, like they're caring for their own family members.

"Happy with Community Life Despite Few Activities"
The place is really nice. Moving from living by myself to living with others was a big change. But I like it here. I don't join in many activities because I'm older.

"No Openings, Clean, Nice People, Good Amenities"
During our visit, this place seemed really clean and tidy. The folks we talked to were friendly. They have a pool and other cool stuff to use. But, they didn’t have any rooms available when we checked.

"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
I didn't like this community and the experience my mother had there. I'm upset about how they handled things and the false promises they made during our assessment. After my mother moved in, there were unexpected expenses, and I had to hire outside help because they couldn't provide the care she needed. Eventually, I had to move her to another facility. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Pleasant Tours but Overbooked for Respite"
I visited this place twice to check it out. They were fully booked for short stays. We needed a flexible schedule to arrange a short stay for our family member. It was a nice place to visit.

"Miscommunications and Issues at New Assisted Living Facility."
The place was new, clean, and nice-looking, but we had a lot of problems. They checked her out and told us she needed to live in the area for people who need some help. But after only one day, they changed their mind and said she needed the memory care part. They took her to a hospital because she tried to open a door that was not supposed to be open. The hospital told us she didn't need to be there and there was no good reason for it. They could have called me if they were having trouble with her. I didn't find out about any of this until after they already took her to the hospital.
