"Not as Great as Shown on Tour, Staff Changes Often"
I feel like the place isn’t as good as they showed us when we first looked around. They keep changing the people who work here, and it’s tough for my family member because he needs their help a lot.

"Review: Traditional Living Facility with Minimal Parking"
Appeared old-fashioned, a bit messy. Limited space for cars.

"Great Place for Smooth Transitions"
I think Brookdale Tullahoma does a great job. They really helped make the move easy and even rented some furniture for my loved one until we got her things moved. She was nervous about moving, but their effort made a big difference. The place is clean and well-kept, and they have lots of services and amenities for the residents (which I hope she will start using more!).

"Senior Living Search: Pleasant Experience at Brookdale Tullahoma"
We checked out this place while finding a home for our older family member. All the Brookdale spots we checked out seemed pretty nice, and Brookdale Tullahoma was no different! Our family member liked it!

"Assisted Living Gem: Mom's Perfect New Home for Activities"
This was the first place I visited and it seemed to be exactly what we needed. Now, it's where Mom lives and has been for almost 2 months, with plans for many more years. It's difficult to give ratings for some things when we're not there all the time. I've been with Mom for many of the activities, and we both really enjoy them.

"“Mom’s Happy Place!”"
This was the first place I checked out, and it seemed to be just what we needed. Now it’s Mom’s home, and she’s been here for almost 2 months, with plans for more years ahead. It’s tough to rate everything since I’m not always here, but I’ve joined Mom for many activities, and we both really enjoy them.”

"Life-Changing Support for Mom’s New Home"
Our family was suddenly told by Mom's doctor that she couldn’t live alone anymore. She is diabetic and had mixed up her medication and insulin, leading to a serious illness. After a hospital visit, I started looking for care. I called Emeritus and asked the director for recommendations for temporary caregivers. I hired an Emeritus worker to help until we could arrange Mom’s move. She was incredibly helpful. During this time, we quickly arranged for Mom to move to Emeritus. The director also helped us find excellent movers. I live in Charlotte, NC, so I drove to Tennessee on Monday, handled business on Tuesday, and made the big move on Wednesday. My brother and I prepared Mom’s room. Emeritus was fantastic, helping with meetings and paperwork quickly. I had lunch and dinner with Mom that week in a special area so we could talk about her new home. The food was great, and we even met the friendly chef. Everyone we met was caring and attentive. Now that the stress has eased, Mom is doing well, adjusting to her new home, and making new friends. I believe that without the move and the wonderful staff at Emeritus, Mom might not be here today. Though managing things from afar is challenging, they make every phone call personal and help at every step. Her medications and injections are handled correctly, and the laundry and cleaning services are a big plus. Mom enjoys her daily activities, getting dressed for the day, and making her morning phone calls. We feel relieved and blessed to have found such caring people and a wonderful place for Mom. We’re proud to call Emeritus her home. Thank you to everyone who truly loves their job and cares for those still with so much life to live.

"Decent Care But Vigilance Needed for Monthly Fees"
My dad got decent care, but watch out for the monthly fees if your relative ends up in the hospital or passes away. They still charge you the full amount even if your family member isn't actually staying at the facility. My dad needed special care and we had to move him somewhere else, but they still wouldn't refund the next month's cost. I personally asked multiple times for a $2,000 refund but they straight up said they don't give refunds.
