"Residents care for each other in a clean, caring environment."
The people who live here look after each other. The place is always clean and the staff are caring. I would definitely suggest it.

"Top Choice for Mom's Care Creekside Assisted Living Facility"
I'm really happy we found Creekside. It's the second place my mom has lived in over nearly three years of needing care. I visited four different places, and Creekside was definitely the best for what we needed. Plus, it's in the perfect location between my sister and me.

"Caring Staff Makes Home Happy; Food Could Use More Variety"
The staff and caregivers are mostly great, caring, and loving. The managers are very helpful and friendly. They really make this place the best. The food is decent, but sometimes it's the same things over and over. Mom feels at "home" and is happy.

"Friendly Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"
The room wasn't cleaned very often, so I did it every other day. The nurses were great, and occupational therapy was fantastic. The caregivers varied depending on who was on duty, but two of them were exceptional. We do think they could offer more activities. Overall, we'd recommend this community to other families based on our experience so far.

"Mixed Feelings About Sedentary Activities"
The staff is very friendly at all levels. My mom is thrilled here, and we're satisfied with the overall experience. However, the activities are too sedentary for her liking. She was used to more active exercise classes at the YMCA back home, so she's disappointed that most classes here involve sitting rather than standing and moving.

"Mixed Experience with Creekside at Three Rivers Assisted Living"
Overall, our family finds Creekside at Three Rivers to be a very good community for our loved one. They are happy there, and the residents seem content even when families aren't visiting. The staff is generally pleasant, although there have been a couple of small issues with information hand-offs. One area that could improve is the meals; some have high sodium levels which may not be ideal for elderly residents. Despite these concerns, based on our experience, we would recommend Creekside at Three Rivers to other families.

"Assisted Living Needs Better Memory Care Preparation"
My relative was suggested assisted living over memory care due to their social nature and minimal memory loss. Most residents here don’t face memory issues like my loved one. However, the facility lacks proper scheduling and oversight. My relative often repeated clothing unnoticed, indicating a lack of attention to individual needs. Despite reaching out to the management multiple times, improvements are still needed. Staff are responsive but should be more proactive in addressing residents’ needs. The facility seems unprepared to handle residents with memory deficiencies.

"Assisted Living Place Is Great Despite Short Staffing Issues"
They didn't have enough workers for a bit (which I get is not their fault), but they've hired more recently, and it's way better now. They always try their hardest. The people who work there are really nice and take good care of everyone. Plus, the building is really nice.

"Caring Team Provides Excellent Service at Assisted Living Facility"
When you're faced with the toughest decision about your loved one's care, finding the right place is crucial. At this assisted living facility, the staff are truly dedicated. I've talked with everyone there, from the top to the bottom, and every conversation has been friendly and helpful. Both my mom and I have felt like our opinions matter, and we've seen positive changes happen because of it. The director and the head nurse, are incredible. They always listen and act quickly on any concerns or requests we have.

"Mixed Feelings Despite Nice Facility"
I liked Creekside at Three Rivers a lot. It looks really nice. First, I toured alone, then brought my friend we were searching for. She didn't feel as comfortable and welcomed as at another place we saw before. There was nothing bad about the facility or staff; it just came down to how she felt.

"Best Assisted Living Fit"
We picked Creekside at Three Rivers because they welcomed him right away and offered a fully furnished apartment, which was perfect since he had no furniture. They exceeded our expectations for my brother, and it was the ideal choice for him.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Overall, the lady who helped us move in was really helpful. She went out of her way to make our stay good. But, one person can't make the whole place great. I wasn't happy with the medical staff. One guy was great, but he wasn't there all the time. Some of the other staff didn't seem to care much.

"Double Check Before Sending Loved Ones to This Facility"
Do yourselves a favor and avoid this assisted living center. They failed to care for my grandma properly during her nine-month stay. Despite our efforts, it was a constant struggle to ensure she got the care she needed. They offer the bare essentials and fall short on what they pledged to give memory care residents. The place is not clean, and they're short-staffed with under-qualified folks who don't know much about memory diseases. Sure, there are a few decent caregivers, but on the whole, they can't do their jobs adequately because the leadership is messy and chaotic.

"Average Assisted Living Facility with Few Standout Features"
It didn't really stand out to me. It's a far drive from Nashville, but besides that, it's pretty much like any other place like it. The program they have isn't that strong either. If I'm remembering right, they cook the food in a different location and bring it in on trays, kind of like a hospital does. It doesn't exactly have a cozy, home-like feel to it.

"Mom loves her new home with friends and fun activities!"
This community is really nice, and my mom and I were impressed with the layout and decorations during our tour. Now that she’s moved in, she loves her one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette. It’s spacious, and once her furniture was set up, it felt more like home. Mom enjoys dining with her tablemates, and they all like the food and menu. There are plenty of activities she’s getting involved in, plus field trips and special events. This has been a great decision, and we definitely recommend coming here for a tour!

"Attractive Facility Marred by Poor Management and Unethical Behavior"
This place is so pretty! It felt like Auntie had finally found the perfect spot where she would get the care she needed and deserved. But, when I walked into the main lobby, it just didn't feel friendly and homey like they said it would be. There was always some kind of issue going on each day we were there, from weird stuff happening in the parking lot to people who seemed like drug users showing up at all times. Even the bosses seemed to be part of a relationship story that everyone knew about and would talk about openly in front of the residents. They had activities planned, but those would always get cancelled or moved. When we complained about the lack of the service that we paid for, no one addressed our concerns. Mom got some real snippy, unprofessional responses when she tried to talk about all the bad, wrong, and just plain nasty behavior that she saw, and others saw too. To be fair, it's a pretty place and there are some nice people there doing the care work they're supposed to be doing. But the bosses and the main office staff, not so much. So, if you're looking for a wild party spot, it's perfect. But if you want reliable, worry-free care, which they keep promising but can't deliver, look elsewhere.

"Poor Staffing and Care for My Mother!"
My family member didn't get the care we were promised during our visit. The place was never staffed enough and there was always some confusion with the schedules. They also didn't take good care of my mom who has memory loss. I'm really unhappy and I won't suggest this facility to anyone.

"Positive Experience at This Community"
This place is really clean and looks nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they listen to my requests for my wife. We had some hygiene issues at first, but they've fixed everything now. Unfortunately, my wife hasn't been able to participate in any activities. The food is tasty, and I eat here all the time. Overall, I'd recommend this community because my wife is improving.

"Caring staff engages Mom with meaningful activities!"
I’m really happy with the care Mom is getting. Like many Alzheimer’s patients, she wanted to wander and "go home." The staff is great at redirecting her thoughts, so she feels less confused. They gave her a "job" helping fold laundry for other residents, and she loves it! Mom wants to help and feel needed, and the staff at Reflections at Creekside keeps finding new ways to engage her mind. I appreciate their caring attention to my mom.

"Smooth Sailing at Assisted Living"
They're doing pretty good. We had a few bumps initially, but we're smoothing things out. Everyone's getting on the same page. We get our medicine through mail order, but they didn't realize that at first. There were some communication problems with that, but besides that, everything is okay.

"Warm Community with Some Drama Overall Positive Experience"
This place was really nice. People living there were friendly and funny. Nurses were nice and talked a lot. Even new people liked showing off the place. The part for people with memory problems was a bit big, but the helpers were nice and fun. It seemed like everyone there knew each other well, which could be good, but there were some rumors about drama, like in a TV show. We heard about one guy who had many girlfriends and another person who broke someone's heart. It seemed like everyone knew about it, which felt bad for the person who got hurt. The dining area didn't have assigned seats, but it seemed like everyone had their own spot with their friends, like at church. This could be good or bad, depending on how fast someone fits in or how many friends they have. But overall, it was one of our favorite places out of nine that we visited. We liked the place, the way it's set up, the staff, and the fun atmosphere. We just hope that if my mom moves in, she feels welcomed, liked, and happy.

"Dissatisfaction noted with declining care quality"
We've spent a few years with this place, dealing with both assisted living and memory care, and in general, we wouldn't say our experience was very good. The first year our family members were here things seemed fine, but after that, we noticed a steady drop in the quality of care and service. The staff in the memory care unit didn’t seem to pay enough attention or react to issues fast enough, and following a health scare that could've easily been prevented, we moved our loved one to another facility.

"Very nice looking, smaller community"
This community looks really nice! When you step into the lobby, it feels like a fancy hotel. There are cozy common areas with fireplaces and comfy furniture. It’s a smaller place, which makes it feel like home. Each person has their own little apartment, which helped our loved one adjust since she always lived in her own house before. Plus, they have lots of fun activities going on all the time.

"Great Setting, But Limited Accessibility"
This place looks really nice and I think it's the newest one in M'boro right now. The setting is awesome, but the big problem was that there weren't any rooms available on the first floor. They did have an apartment on the second floor near the elevator, but I didn't feel good about that. They had some good choices, but neither of us would want to be on the second floor.
