"Assisted Living Tour Informative, But Unsuitable Environment for Loved One"
The tour was okay and they told me lots about how they could help my family member. But this place didn't feel right for them.

"Perfect Place for Grandma’s Care and Comfort"
Heritage on Coleman Rd is great. I love how small it is, so my grandma won’t get lost in the crowd. She gets good care, and the staff is super friendly. She also likes the food!

"Great care and friendly staff make this place a good choice"
This community has been great for my mother since she moved in. The staff is nice and takes good care of her. They’re always helpful and friendly when I visit. The community and her room are kept in great shape. There are fun activities and good meals for everyone. Everything is going well for my mother here, and I would definitely recommend it.

"Friendly staff and fun activities make residents happy"
My sister had a hard time at first, but now she's doing well. She likes playing bingo and going to church on Sundays. She enjoys when little kids come to sing. The meals are pretty good; I've tried them myself. I love the staff—they're super helpful and always have a smile. You can tell they care about their jobs and the residents. The administrator is outgoing and friendly. They have fun activities like a big checkerboard, movies to watch, and coloring books. The residents seem to enjoy each other's company while watching TV.

"Assisted Living Community Review: Not Quite Right for Mom"
I visited this place for my mom's needs. The tour was okay, and it's nice. The staff I met were nice. The place looked good. It was a good experience, and they treated my family and me well. It just wasn't right for my mom and her needs.
