"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"

We would recommend it. Our family likes it in general. My family doesn't like the food. Also, I think there were some misunderstandings about care needs at first, but it's gotten better. We chose this community because it's closer to us and the apartment was big with lots of natural light and closets.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Tour"

Our family took an in-person tour, and we found it to be a pretty nice experience. However, the location was a bit too far, and the price was a tad high for us.

"Friendly Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"

The place looked nice when we visited. The staff were friendly, and the cost was lower than another place we liked. Some staff were great, others just okay. They offer activities, but my parent isn't interested. Housekeeping happens once a week and is mostly good, although the carpet needs cleaning. Overall, I recommend them.

"Disappointing Director and Poor Communication at Assisted Living Facility"

Our family had a really bad experience and I won't ever suggest them to anyone. The director is like a salesman, promising everything under the sun then totally changing attitude after getting the signed documents. The director ignores emails, giving us every excuse from computer issues to server problems and more.

"Limited Availability Despite Pleasant Tour"

We visited the place in person, and it was nice. But sadly, they didn't have any rooms open.

"Lack of Private Rooms and Art Display Affected Our Choice"

I visited Jubilee Hills Goodlettsville and found it to be a very nice and new facility. However, I noticed there wasn't much resident artwork or activities displayed, which was disappointing because I like seeing residents engaged. The main reason we didn't choose it was because there were no private rooms available.

"Not Quite Like Home"

Jubilee Hills had good facilities, but it felt too much like a hospital and not cozy like home.

"Inconsiderate Staff Neglects Needs at Assisted Living Facility"

If you care about your family, think twice before sending them to this place! This place is filled with people who don't value human dignity. Even if your family member is fully capable of looking after themselves, I'd still suggest looking for a different facility. Be ready for staff who pick favorites to wait on, based on how much they like them, if it's easy for them, or if it fits into their schedule before quitting time or break, among other things. If your family member is even a little bit hard to care for, do NOT think about this place! They won't be looked after well, and I have a ton of evidence to back that up.

"Fancy Facility Fails at Communication and Follow-through"

This place seems fancy, but the managers just don't listen or communicate well. I had to keep calling them to get things done, and it still wasn't handled right. I don't advise anyone to move there.

"Nice Tour, But Bad Phone Reception"

The tour went well, but the phone reception was bad. I'll consider this place when it's time to decide.
