"Late Notice of Father’s Declining Health"
My main issue is with the way they dealt with my dad getting sicker. His health got worse during the weekend, and then he died. They only let me know about an hour before he left us, but I’m an hour and a half away. Plus, it was late and I was already sleeping. I really wish they had told me sooner, over the weekend, so I could have been there with him before he passed.

"Elderly Mistreatment at Assisted Living Facility"
The workers swap real medicine with Tylenol or ibuprofen and keep the seniors' pain pills. They give them too much benadryl at night to make them sleep. They shout at the elderly and withhold snacks. I love that the meals feel just like home cooking and taste great. The staff pays close attention to my mom. She enjoys going for walks outside and participating in the activities offered. The community is small, friendly, and has a positive atmosphere. Everything is clean and well-organized.

It’s a great, clean community with friendly staff. Mom loves the food. Overall, we’d give them 5 stars. The only hiccup is they haven’t followed our phone instructions.
