"Assisted Living Facility Earns Praise for Location and Staff"
We chose this community because of its location, smaller size, and friendly staff. The facility is pleasant, and the staff ensures residents are happy and engaged in activities. The paperwork was overwhelming during a stressful time, and adjusting to how things worked took some time. Overall, our experience has been positive, and we anticipate continued smooth operations.

"A Positive Experience at Maristone of Providence"
My family member stayed at Maristone of Providence. Overall, it was a positive experience. They changed management a few times, but the current team is good. The price is reasonable, and the facility is clean. The staff is average, which is typical for these places.

"Impressive Staff and Well-Maintained Facility for Rehabilitating Loved Ones"
My family member stayed here after knee surgery and rehab. I plan to move him back soon. I'm impressed with everyone I've talked to. The facility is older but well maintained. The staff I've met are very professional.

"Subpar Management and Insufficient Staffing Strains Caregivers"
I had my relatives in the memory and assisted living units at this facility. I stayed around often after noticing the troubling lack of staff. It broke my heart to see a lone caregiver in memory care, struggling to handle everyone – some even wandering into others' rooms. She had to physically assist them, feed them thrice a day, provide shower assistance, manage laundry, handle trash, prevent accidents (which I saw often), finish her paperwork, and ensure some were in bed before ending her 12-hour shift. I never noticed her taking breaks or eating lunch. She never had any assistance or even someone to check if she needed help. I could tell this was her daily routine as she always appeared worn out by the end of her shift. It's evident that management doesn't care for the staff or residents. I tried to lend a hand whenever possible, because they deserved better.

"Nice facility, friendly staff; slightly pricey compared to alternatives."
I visited this place. It was really nice and the people who worked there were friendly. It cost a bit more than some of the other places we looked at.

"Family Pleased with Comfortable, Homey Assisted Living Care"
It's been a good experience. Much of it is because our family member has adjusted well. So we're very pleased. She feels comfortable there, and she was able to make her room cozy. They take good care of her.

"Mixed Experience"
Our family visited the facility in person. It was okay, but not as nice or new as others we saw. The room layout wasn’t great, and it wasn’t very clean. Although it was affordable, it wasn’t the right fit.

"Avoid This Place: Not Suitable for Memory Care Patients"
My family member stayed in the memory care section. I wouldn't suggest this place, and I would actually advise you to avoid it completely. They weren't prepared to look after the patients in the memory care section during our stay. There weren't any activities for the folks in this section while we were there.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
There are positive aspects, but they're currently undergoing management changes. They're adjusting their policies. I recommend talking to the director for an overall sense of the community. The location is good, and it's a smaller community. Some caregivers are attentive, while others may not be as responsive to our loved one's needs.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
The pandemic has made things tougher. I appreciate the community and the professional, caring staff. However, I'm not a fan of the low staffing levels and slow call button response.

This place seems great, but it's too far from home.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
This place is really nice and the people are friendly. They have a bunch of things to do and they try to make them fit the people who live there. But, I didn't get the feeling that the staff was as happy or worked together as well as at the place I chose. The apartments are great, and everything is super clean. It's one of the best places I checked out, but it just didn't feel right for my parents.

"Great Choice"
I really liked this community. The staff was friendly and answered our questions. Although they couldn't meet all of my father's specific needs, they were still nice. Overall, I believe others would be satisfied with everything about this community.

"Abandonment and Decline at Assisted Living Facility"
Regarding engaging activities, they are scant and much too few. The facility, once boasting cleanliness, has sadly declined in upkeep. It's inappropriate to allow a supervisor to hire their friends, as it compromises professionalism. Although some staff members give the impression they care, their actions suggest otherwise. Bias is clear amongst the caregivers who endlessly tattle on minor issues. The building's disarray is noticeable and hasn't escaped the residents' complaints. They should be heard, as they pay a significant fee for their stay. Urgently, someone needs to genuinely heed their voices...

"Facility's Situation Like Disorganized Maze, Vibes Unpleasant"
They're disorganized, like a maze you get lost in even at full alertness. Lots of confusing twists and turns. Didn't exude a pleasant vibe.
