"Staff Exceptional, Changes Pending at Assisted Living Facility"
We really like the staff; they're exceptional. But since new owners took over, promised renovations haven't happened yet, which is frustrating.

"Smelly Assisted Living Facility"
This place didn't work well for my family member. The smell bothered me.

"Morningside: A Great Home for My Aunt"
My aunt lives at Morningside in the part where they help people live their daily lives. We picked Morningside for a bunch of reasons: it’s a nice place to live, there are fun things to do, the people who work there are super friendly, the nurses are really good, they have special care for people who forget things sometimes, and it doesn’t cost too much. I really like that Morningside isn’t too big, so my aunt can use all the services they offer without having trouble getting around, which can happen in bigger places. They have everything she needs and it doesn’t break the bank. Choosing Morningside was a really good decision for us.

"Great activities and staff create a happy atmosphere!"
So far, this place has been really good. The nurse could be more energetic and seems to need a bit of extra guidance. The activities are fantastic and really keep everyone involved and busy. The staff is wonderful too. Overall, it’s a happy environment!

Everything is just fine. The staff is friendly, and the facility is very clean. No complaints. We'd recommend Morningside to anyone. We really liked this place, knowing our loved one is cared for in a safe, kind, and compassionate manner.

"Great Move for Dad"
We chose this place for Dad when it wasn't safe for him to live alone anymore. He adjusted quickly and positively. We're very happy with his care and the whole transition. Dad now calls Morningside his home, and we feel at peace knowing the staff is kind, caring, and compassionate.

"Lackluster Care"
My time at Morningside of Jackson wasn’t great. They made big promises but didn’t follow through. Overall, their performance was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend them.

"Avoid Morningside of Jackson"
Morningside of Jackson really let us down. They made a bunch of promises before we moved in my family member, but they didn't keep any of them. Sadly, their overall job was really bad. I strongly suggest not choosing them.

"Neglected Promises: 21 Days at CareCenter"
They said they'd help with things like bathing, but they didn't. Most staff were often rude, but two of them were always kind and helpful - the person who handles money and one of the nurses.

"Great place with friendly staff; would have stayed longer."
We really liked this place, and if we hadn’t moved out of state, we would have kept her here. It felt like an apartment. The staff was friendly, and we really liked them.

"Great Value and Family Feel at Morningside of Jackson"
I stopped by Morningside of Jackson today on the way home from Memphis. The facility is pretty much a copy of Morningside of Franklin but with lower prices. I was very impressed by the family feeling. Some of the furniture in the recreation areas wasn't as nice as Franklin's (fold-up tables and chairs that reminded me of school cafeterias, but they were clean and functional). The recreation area seemed smaller with a smaller TV. The studio and alcove (2 rooms) apartments seemed a bit larger with bigger closets. I especially liked that the available studio has a back door that opens out into an enclosed courtyard. They seem to have more activities with bigger events than what Franklin showed us.

"Budget-friendly Morningside of Jackson offers cozy living with ample activities."
Stopped by Morningside of Jackson today after Memphis trip. Place like Morningside of Franklin but cheaper. Loved the homely vibe. Some furniture in fun areas not as fancy (Fold-up tables & chairs like school but clean). TV in fun area smaller. Studios and alcove apartments bigger with larger closets. Studio with back door to courtyard impressed me. Seemed like more activities than Franklin.
