"Comfortable Environment with LGBTQ Support"

I chose this place mainly because of how it looked. It reminded me of a lodge, which Dad loved because of his interest in snow skiing and ice skating. Another reason was that they support LGBTQ+ people, as shown on their website with a pride flag. Overall, it was a short experience, but okay. Dad was only there a few months before he passed away, and it was a tough time, so I don't remember much. However, he seemed happy there and quickly made friends at dinner, which was nice to see.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"

The community has lots of activities but should involve residents more actively. I enjoyed the bright dining area with tall windows. They should check on residents more often for issues. Breakfast variety could be better at mealtime.

"Cleanliness and management issues, low activity participation, extra charges."

Rooms nice but not deep cleaned. Poor medication management, staff turnover.

"Caring Staff and Activities in Memory Care Facility"

They were really caring. The food could've been better, but that was because of some staffing problems. They took good care of my Mom. They offer various games, crafts, and activities. It's a secure memory care unit. The staff kept us updated via calls, texts, or emails about Mom's care. This facility has three floors; memory care is on the ground floor.

"Unbelievable Bathroom Cameras in Assisted Living Facility"

Cameras installed above bathroom mirrors in each room... Unbelievable! I would never dream of placing my mom here so she could be watched..

"Great location, spacious rooms highly recommend Raintree Terrace!"

We picked Raintree Terrace because it’s in a good spot and had open rooms. The rooms here are bigger than other places we saw, so there’s lots of space for his furniture and storage. Overall, it’s been a really good experience, and I would totally recommend it.

"Improvement Needed in Assisted Living Facility with Limited Activities"

I had some problems with the nurse who looked after patients in hospice care. She seemed very drowsy from medication. There weren't many things to do, and they didn't organize any outings. They've got a new boss and someone to plan activities now, so I hope things will get better. They only arrange activities for people in the Assisted Living section, not for those in Memory Care. The staff is nice and tries hard, but the real issue is with the people in charge. My mom got worse really fast after moving to Raintree. We didn't communicate well with the place. The experienced caregivers were moved to Assisted Living instead of Memory Care. The nurses are really good, but there aren't enough of them to go around.
