"Family-Friendly Atmosphere with Some Concerns About Floor Safety"
We really liked Rose Care and [Removed]. They were really nice and friendly. We got to see the whole place and meet all the people who live there. Everyone looked clean and happy. Our worry was that the memory care area was downstairs, and there were some parts of the floor that weren't even. We were also concerned about how our family member would adjust to living there. But we did appreciate how much the family cares about the people who live there. They asked us questions and seemed like they would be easy to talk to. We give them a thumbs up. It's just not the right place for our loved one because her Alzheimer's is very advanced.

"Good Care, Refund Policy Not Fair"
My mom got really sick fast, and I needed to find her a home quick. I’m sure something higher up led me to Rose Care. She wasn’t there long, but she liked it. I’m not okay with having to pay for the whole month when she only stayed until the 8th and they wouldn’t give some money back. Still, they looked after her well, and she was content.
