"Friendly Staff, But Far and Large"
The staff were really friendly. It's just a lot farther from our home than we'd like, and the place felt kind of too big for us.

"Left High and Dry: Promises Not Kept at Assisted Living Facility"
We were all set to move in, almost done with paperwork and just had to sign. But, when we hit a rough patch, they totally cut us off. They worsened the whole situation instead of helping us. They refused to accept my family member after the crisis and we didn't hear from them in over a week. This made things much tougher for us. They left us stranded during our crisis with nowhere else to go. They claim to be top-notch, but what they gave us was trash.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
We almost rated the community 5 stars when we moved in, but now they're having some staffing problems. The services are great, our loved one's apartment is nice, and the people are very kind. There are lots of activities inside, but they stopped day trips due to the pandemic. Recently, they had a fantastic holiday party outdoors. The activities director is doing an amazing job. Overall, our loved one says the food is good, but sometimes the meat is tough to chew. The staff are helpful with cutting it though. Our main concern is the staffing issues, but overall, it's been a good experience.

"Friendly Place, Food Quality Declines"
This place is pretty nice. The folks here are kind. The meals were great when we got here, but they've gotten worse over time. We're leaving because of the meals. A lot of other people are upset about the meals too. The rooms are a nice size.

" "Dishonest and Rude: A Review of an Assisted Living Facility" "
I inquired with the sales person about whether they provided laundry services and was told yes. However, I found myself having to wash my mom's clothes almost every week for almost half a year. The man at the front desk disrespected me, calling me an awful name related to being a service person. The manager or the sales lady didn't bother to have a conversation with you. Instead, they would just retreat to their office when you'd approach to ask for help with the laundry services they didn't provide. The place was understaffed and the staff that was present were disrespectful and only interested in discussing payment. This facility is appalling and a significant waste of money. Be sure to check if they actually have a functioning washing machine and staff to operate it before believing anything the salespeople claim. A manager who shows complete indifference to your problems and only wanted your money. A saleswoman who continually lies.

"Avoid This Facility; Poor Treatment and Negligent Management"
The guy at the front desk called me unpleasant names. I had to do laundry every week but still had issues for two months. The manager would disappear into his office for a week at a time, even when we needed help that we had paid for. I strongly advise you to avoid this place run by these terrible people. Honestly, it feels like the police should step in, as these people should be held accountable for the harmful language they use so freely.

"Avoid: Poor Care, Overmedication, and Bed Bugs"
Don't trust the memory care section of this facility. They regularly use strong drugs to control the residents, which is what they did to our family member. The caregivers do not have the required training and do not really care about the residents, with staff often leaving their job. It seems like those in charge only care about avoiding blame, while they let contracted nurses administer strong mental health drugs to those suffering from dementia. This poor practice led to our relative falling and getting hurt. It's clear that the company and its staff care more about making money than about the residents. They make the place look nice, but the care they provide is below average. They also have an issue with bed bugs.
