"Wilson Manor Assisted Living Review"
My mom lives at Wilson Manor and her experience is great! The people are friendly, there are lots of fun activities. The place is clean, the staff is nice, and they take good care of her. She's happy there and seems comfortable. I think the staff does a good job. I would tell my family and friends to check it out.

"Nice Place, Unhelpful Staff"
I really liked it. The place looked nice, but the lady in charge acted clueless and a bit snobby.

We picked Wilson Manor because they made us feel welcome and like family right away. They were very easy to deal with for everything. They really felt like family, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

"Mixed Feelings About Pricey Assisted Living"
The assisted living place seems nice, but it's really pricey. They charge extra for everything on top of the $2800 rent. The people who gave us a tour didn't match our personalities I thought they were a bit stuffy. Plus, they weren't helpful when we asked for anything; everything came with a fee.

"Review of Southern Manor Living Center - Lebanon, TN"
Certainly! Here's the revised review in 8th-grade level American English:outhern Manor Living Center could enhance staff retention by improving benefits and salaries. The menus should offer larger servings, and perhaps residents could have a say in their meal selections. Additionally, night meals need to be more substantial.

"Elderly Sister Misdiagnosed, Mistreated at Assisted Living Home"
Just a few weeks after my older sister moved in from the hospital, her medication was all over the place. They would give her an insulin shot every morning at breakfast without ever checking her insulin levels first. And that's not just me saying it, that was admitted by the nurse herself. When I confronted her about this, she told me that the doctor didn't instruct them to check her blood sugar levels. This carelessness was revealed when my sister was found in her room after falling, before breakfast had even started. She was immediately hospitalized because her blood sugar was at 800 and her blood pressure was dangerously low at 60. But instead of realizing their mistake, the facility told the hospital that they wouldn't be taking her back in. I was left scrambling to find her a new home. To say our family is disappointed would be an understatement.

"Extreme Disappointment with Assisted Living Facility's Professionalism"
After about 2-3 weeks of my older sister staying there following her hospital visit, her medicines were totally unorganized. They gave her insulin shots in the morning when she was having breakfast, but never once did they poke her finger to determine her insulin level before administering it. I got this straight from one of the nurses. I personally asked her how she decided how much insulin to give if she never checked my sister's blood sugar level, and she said that the doctor hadn't ordered it. This was all told to me after they found my sister lying on the floor in her room from a fall that happened before breakfast. Her blood sugar was 800 and her blood pressure was 60. Naturally, they sent her to the hospital where she had to stay in the ICU for several days. Then they gave word to the hospital that they wouldn't be taking her back, so I had to find her another place to live. Our family is so incredibly dissatisfied.

"Needs a Refresh and Clean-Up"
The people who showed us around were super kind and helpful. The Southern Manor Living Center is pretty okay, but it feels like there are too many people in one place. The place looks a bit old and it wasn’t as tidy as it should be. If they gave it a good makeover and a thorough clean, it would be awesome.

I will always be grateful for the care and attention they gave my precious Aunt.

"Pet-Friendly Assisted Living? Not for Cats!"
Said they allowed pets. Went on a tour and discovered they wanted a $500 deposit for a cat and an additional $200 per month. They seem to have plenty of dogs but aren't fond of cats.

"Good Facility, But Too Expensive"
The private rooms started at $2,500. Sadly, it’s too expensive for our budget.
