"Facility Lacks Proper Communication and Consistent Management"
This place doesn't provide good ability for deaf people to communicate effectively. Also, since the management keeps changing, we're always in the dark with no new updates. They need to work on this.

"Nice community, but fees increased with care level needs"
This was a nice community that was just the right size. However, the fees kept increasing because of the care needed for my loved one.

"Clean, Carpet-Free Living with Great Food!"
The Courtyards Senior Living is an excellent place to live. They have hardwood floors everywhere, so there's no carpet. The place is always very clean and never smells bad. The food is tasty and served in good amounts. We definitely recommend this place.

"Clean and friendly community, though chose another option."
I visited this place when I was checking out places for my family member who needs care. The building was really nice and tidy, and everyone who worked there was nice and seemed like they knew what they were doing. In the end, we picked a different place, but I would have thought about this one too.

"Simply amazing! Best experience for Mom in assisted living."
They have been simply amazing! They really helped us get Mom settled in. Tonya, the administrator, has been super helpful with everything, from money matters to logistics. The staff-to-resident ratio is just right. Mom has been in other assisted living places, and this one is definitely the best!

"Excellent staff, great experience, highly recommend for senior care!"
The Courtyards have done an excellent job, and we’re very happy with them. I’d give them top marks all around! My loved one had a tough time adjusting to this type of living, but the staff were very patient and handled everything well. It’s been a great experience, and we would recommend them to anyone looking for senior care in the area.
