"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Sometimes, there weren’t enough staff for the price. The charge for meals delivered to patient rooms was too high. Although they canceled that charge before we signed the contract, other issues arose. When my loved one moved to the dementia floor, things went downhill. The room wasn’t cleaned often, and the bathroom became unsanitary. Nursing care declined, and my loved one fell multiple times. Monthly statements were inconsistent, and charges needed fixing. Sadly, my relative passed away, but we still haven’t received the final bill. Communication with the Director was promised but never happened. They rushed us to move out my relative’s possessions, showing little compassion during our grief. Initially, it seemed like a great place, but over time, we felt disappointed. Be cautious and check billing statements!

"Convenient transport to doctors, but needs better housekeeping; great location choice."
I like how they take us to the doctor, but they could clean the rooms better. I picked this place mostly because it's in a good spot.

"Great Difficulty Getting Help"
My experience was not great because it was really hard to get help when I needed it. Twice, I waited for more than 45 minutes, and then I had to search for help on different floors. The facility also has problems with bookkeeping and accounting, and they don’t fix them quickly when they’re brought up. The long waits also affect the quality of care.

"Assisted Living Facility Flooding Incident Disappointment"
My mom's place flooded during a big rain. It was July 4th weekend, so no one from maintenance was around. I emailed the Executive Director and the maintenance Director but got no reply. Luckily, a nurse knew where the water remover thingy was, so I spent two hours sucking up water from her carpets. If mold shows up, those ignored emails won't help their reputation.

"Nice place, but needs better staff and dining times"
The facility is much nicer than [facility name]. They have a few challenges with keeping good staff. Sometimes my family member goes a day without anyone checking on them. The dining hall often closes earlier than stated, so you must arrive on time to eat. There are many great activities, both on-site and off-site, if you like to participate. The location is very convenient, near the interstate, and in a safe community.

"Friendly Staff, Needs Faster Response and More Nurses"
The people there are really nice and they help a lot. Some things they could do better are responding faster and being more reliable when my needs change. They also need more nurses to help out.

"Assisted Living Center Cares for Mom and Welcomes Family Input"
The staff at this place is nice to my mom, and they have listened to me when I've had things to say. They do have things for residents to do like exercises every day, arts and crafts, musical performances, and more. I think others should consider this place.

"Friendly Staff, But Quite Far and Large"
The staff were super friendly. It’s just a bit too far from our home and a little larger than we’d like.

"Lovely Facility, Needs Better Staff-Resident Interaction"
I visited this assisted living place and it’s really pretty. The nurses are nice and they chat with the people living there a lot. The part where people live on their own is super nice, like little apartments, but it doesn’t look like they help folks make friends with each other. The part of the building for people who need more help remembering things is different – they have a big room where everyone can hang out together. You can see some great sights from here! It costs a bit more, but the place sure is nice to look at. Oh, and one thing that wasn’t so great – I saw some of the people who serve food being mean and yelling at the people living there. That didn’t make me feel too good about the place.

"Caring Assisted Living with Challenges"
I’d recommend this warm, clean place. Staff are caring, but face challenges.

"Friendly residents, good staff despite understaffing"
Residents are friendly; staff good but understaffed currently, still effective.
