The Crossings at Victory Station

"A Pleasant Recommendation"
It was pleasant. It seemed nicer than the other places I visited. I'd suggest it to others.

"Assisted Living Nightmare"
I had a bad experience at this assisted living facility. The staff acted very unprofessional. When they talked to me, they used bad language and gossiped about other patients. Even though my grandfather wasn't always easy to deal with due to his memory care needs, they should have treated him with respect. His room was consistently dirty. Supposedly, it was cleaned once a week, but every time I visited, it was disgusting. The smell was terrible, and there were stains on the floor from blood, food, and dried feces. I even found old tuna fish in his drawer, which attracted bugs and made the room smell awful. When I raised my concerns with the Director of Memory Care, she always made excuses instead of addressing the issues. I cannot recommend this place to anyone it's absolutely horrid.

"Harmony at Victory Station is a decent place to live."
I live at Harmony at Victory Station. It's pretty good. The food could be better, though.

"Staff turnover and service decline overshadow Harmony's potential."
Harmony is a nice place, but things have changed. If I were rating just my apartment, it'd be a 5, but overall, it's a 2. It's sad. They didn't support the department heads, who all left. They built this place, and now they're gone. We're struggling. No housekeeping, understaffed dining, and inexperienced maintenance. The new director needs to understand our contract. He gets upset when we talk about staffing and costs. It's a common issue, but it's a big deal here. Despite its beauty, it's going to take time to fix. People we hire don't stay, and many apartments are empty. Talks of moving are common.

"Staffing and food issues, but good location and convenience"
They have staffing problems, which is common everywhere. There's a lot of turnover, even at the Executive Director level. The food and service need improvement. My mother doesn’t use this option much. The good part is she doesn't have to leave the building to see people. A regular apartment would cost less, but this benefit is worth the extra money. Plus, her apartment is on the ground floor, so we don’t need to go through the main area—just use her patio door.

"Displeased with Harmony Assisted Living, Much Better Elsewhere"
We didn't like our time at Harmony at all. I had to move my mom out only after a month. It appears nice when you visit, but don't let the looks fool you! It's usually tough to get in touch with someone. They make you feel out of place there. More than once, I found my mom in their gathering place, not clean and not fully dressed, and this was only in a couple of weeks. When you ask the staff for help, they make you feel guilty. I could pen down so many terrible things about Harmony. My mom is at a different place now, and it's been a lot better. Initially, with Harmony, I thought all nursing homes were like that. Now I realize it was just Harmony.

"Great place, friendly residents food and price need improvement"
My loved one is really happy at Harmony. It’s a good place overall. I like how it looks and feels. Plus, the other residents are very friendly. The only downsides are the price going up and the food could be better.

"Good option, but too expensive and far"
Harmony at Victory Station was a good option for our loved one, just like the other places we checked out. It seemed to offer the same level of service and care. We picked a place closer to us, and Harmony was also more expensive.
