"Great Value and Friendly Community at King’s Reserve"
Our family really enjoys how clean King’s Reserve Memphis is, how nice everyone working there is, and that it’s a good deal. We’ve had a good experience and think other families would like it too.

"Limited pet access, aging facility, overall okay experience for residents."
It was an alright place, kinda old. They got elevators, but my family member gotta use 'em every time for pets.

"Assisted Living Facility Not Equipped for Colostomy Care"
We went to check out The Glenmary at Evergreen. Sadly, they couldn't take my family member because she uses a colostomy bag, and they aren't set up for that kind of care.

"Mixed Experience at The Glenmary"
The Glenmary is a decent place for my loved one to live because of social interaction. They struggle with staffing and providing appealing meals. If residents want a special meal, they need to request it in advance; otherwise, they get the chef’s daily choice. Maintenance issues like hot water and elevators are taking longer to fix.

"Disappointing Visit to The Glenmary at Evergreen"
Our visit to The Glenmary at Evergreen felt hurried. The people living there seemed very capable on their own, which didn't match what our mom requires. Also, we noticed several people not wearing masks. Overall, it wasn't the suitable place for our mom.

"Affordable and Convenient Senior Living with Room for Improvement"
We chose The Glenmary at Evergreen because it's affordable and close to my home. Overall, it's been a good experience. We've had some problems with the food and not having coffee sometimes, but I think this is happening everywhere right now. The weekends have fewer staff members. However, whenever we tell them about any problems, they fix them. I would suggest them to others who are looking.

"Community Full After Nearby Closure"
They recently closed another facility nearby, which led to many people moving in. Now the community is full, making it challenging for the staff. The food service can be slow, and there's a waiting list.

"Positive Experience at The Glenmary Assisted Living Facility"
The Glenmary is a tall building with 10 floors. From what we've seen, we would recommend this place to others. We haven't tried the meals ourselves, but our family member eats everything they're served. They don't join the activities, but there are many options listed on signs in all the elevators. On really nice days, they even visit the zoo. There's a fitness center on both the 2nd and 10th floors, which is great. Overall, we're very happy with our experience here.

"Informative Tour, Friendly Staff, Power Outage Issue"
Our family had a chance to look around the place in person, and it was really great! We checked out different levels and saw rooms of various sizes. The folks who showed us around knew a lot and did an awesome job. This place is the closest to where we live, but when we visited, there was no electricity, so it looked kind of gloomy.

"Bad Neighborhood, Flood-Damaged Building, and Unseen Basement"
The neighborhood around the assisted living facility wasn't great. The building itself had suffered damage from a flood. We couldn't even check out the basement where they said lots of events happened.
