"Inconsistent care; not recommended."
After Vitality took over, staff changes affected care quality negatively.

"Welcoming Environment with Excellent Activities and Services"
The services here are really good. The staff in the activities area is wonderful. They offer something for all different interests. They give out a schedule every month with all the activities listed for each day, including times. It feels like a family here. The other services they provide are enough to meet daily needs.

"Courtyard Liked, Food Needs Improvement"
Our family enjoys the beautiful courtyard, but we wish there were more housekeepers. The food in memory care could be improved.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
This place is super clean and everyone is so nice. The staff really cares and always helps quickly. Moving in could be smoother though, needs better organization.

"Good but needs more staff and maintenance"
The Hearth at Franklin is mostly good, but short on staff. Availability of extra care and maintenance could improve.

"Impressive facility, but too big for our loved one."
We were really impressed with The Hearth at Franklin. We didn't choose it because it was very big and had several floors. We thought our loved one would be better off in a smaller, one-floor place with fewer residents.

"Unhappy Review of The Hearth's Subpar Assisted Living Conditions"
My grandma thinks this place feels more like a hospital than a home. They often cancel their activities and then the folks that do come have nothing to do. We're considering moving grandma to a different place, which must be better because they're totally full while the Hearth has a lot of empty rooms. Also, folks seem to leave The Hearth a lot, and it's super hard to find someone who can actually make changes. This place isn't run very well. Even though the rooms are supposed to be wheelchair-friendly, they're not really. My grandma can wheel herself into her room and bathroom, but not her closet, so her clothes are hung over her dresser. I could list more issues, but hopefully this helps people figure out if this is the right place for their elder folks. My grandma is 94, and until we can move her, it upsets me to think she's not in the best place for her right now.

"A Caring, Cheerful Community with Great Food and Activities"
Dad is doing well at this place. The staff are caring and quick to respond, though sometimes it seems like they don’t have enough help. They provide rides to appointments, and the food is really good with lots of choices. There are daily activities, and the community is well-kept. It feels bright and cheerful. The memory care unit has a nice courtyard with flowers and places to sit. I like how the community is set up and would recommend it.

"Assisted Living Community Review"
This place is an assistant living community with 40 rooms. Most are private, but there are three shared ones. They have activities from 8 in the morning until 6 in the evening. They follow the Morsher Method and have gardens. Residents can go outside. The fees are $5395.00 for private rooms and $4395.00 for shared ones. They have medical staff and a caregiver ratio.

"Nice Tour, Well-Maintained Facility, Not Ideal for Mother-in-Law"
I visited this place for my mother-in-law. The tour was nice. The facility seemed well-kept. I didn't like that it was two stories. It didn't seem convenient for her. The staff I met were nice and polite. It looks good, but not right for her.

"Two Great Hearths with Friendly Staff!"
I stayed at the Hearth in Hendersonville and enjoyed it. I moved to Franklin because it's closer to my family and my grandchildren's games. There are many things I like about Franklin. Both Hearths are excellent places to live, and the staff is kind, attentive, and friendly.
