"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The pricing confusion nearly halted move-in; dinner quality declined. Hydration visits sparse; activities lacked reminders. Room prep disappointing. Concerns about sick residents; friendly staff and nice facilities.

"Mixed Experience at The Neighborhood Assisted Living Facility"
The rooms were clean, but bathrooms just okay. Not cozy. Staff seemed nice, but it felt shallow. When I talked about my mom's concerns, they didn't follow through. The care wasn't great. I worried about my mom's swollen feet, but no one checked on her. They talked a lot, but mostly stayed at the front desk. Meals satisfied my mom, but she couldn't join activities. It's expensive for what they offer. Extra fees for meds and showering assistance. Many other hidden charges. We paid a lot monthly, but it wasn't worth it. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. It's like they assume everyone is wealthy. The atmosphere felt like a lower-grade nursing home.

"Failed Catering Allergies and Unfair Billing at Assisted Living Center"
My family was assured that my food allergies would be taken into consideration. That was nonsense. I repeatedly fell ill due to this neglect. It reached a point where my daughter had to start providing me with meals. Yet, they continued to serve food that I was allergic to. They required me to supply my own laundry detergent and fabric softener, although they did make use of them. I got so skinny that my family had to come and get me out of there. Despite giving them a heads up that I would depart if there were no improvements, they still billed us for the full month. They even had the audacity to charge us for the next month after having been warned well in advance.

"Limited Staff at Assisted Living Facility: Concern for Care"
This was honestly the worst thing I've ever gone through. I visited one day around 5:00. There clearly weren't enough Resident Assistants (RAs) on duty! It freaked me out because there must've been over 50 residents but only two RAs, according to some employees. If the management can't staff enough people to look after the residents, then they shouldn't admit any more! I definitely wouldn't suggest this place!
