"Caring Staff and Clean Facility for Mom and Her Dog"

We’ve had a great time here. The staff really cares about the families. We chose this place because it’s clean and the staff is kind. My mom can keep her dog and still smoke.

"The Goldton at Spring Hill: Poor Medication Management, Numerous Issues"

From what we personally went through, we advise against choosing The Goldton at Spring Hill for your loved ones. They messed up with the meds a lot, among several other problems we faced during our time there.

"Great Care and Smooth Transition at Goldton"

Moving my mom to a new home far from her roots but close to family was our goal. The Executive Director, is wonderful to work with and keeps the Goldton running smoothly. The front desk staff is very polite and helpful. I recommend this place for your loved ones. No situation is perfect, and transitioning to assisted living isn’t easy for anyone. I’m glad I found the Goldton and trust their care and empathy for everyone who comes in.

"Satisfied with Goldton at Spring Hill Assisted Living"

The Goldton at Spring Hill is very quiet. Overall, it's clean, and the staff is good. Luckily, my mom has gotten much better and doesn't need much help anymore, except with showering. They did change Activities Directors, so I hope that will get better. We have been happy! The facility is just the right size. I haven't tried the food, but my mom usually says it's good! They always answer my questions quickly and easily. Again, I don't ask for a lot of updates because my mom tells me everything! There is a lady there who says this is her third place, and she likes it better than the others! I would definitely recommend this facility to my family and friends.

"Beautiful Facility, But Too Expensive for Those on Social Security"

I had a great tour at The Goldton at Spring Hill. The place is beautiful, and I really liked it. The only problem was that it was very expensive. If you have a lot of money, it could be a great fit for you. But if you're on social security, it might not work out. You should choose a place based on your own situation. If we could have afforded it, this would have been my first choice.

"High cost, unnecessary charges, but friendly staff and good services."

The community is too expensive, and the monthly cost will probably go up. They charge residents for care, even if they don’t need it, like if they can take their own meds or dress and bathe themselves. On the plus side, the housekeeper is very friendly with the residents. The monthly fee includes the apartment, utilities, housekeeping, all meals, transportation, laundry, and linen changes.

"Friendly Staff and Clean Community for Loved Ones"

I’d tell others that the place is clean and the staff is nice. I’d recommend it for their loved ones. My loved one’s stay was short, but the staff was very friendly. They were great to work with. The community even called to check on my loved one after their stay.

"Big rooms make Traditions of Spring Hill a top choice"

We picked Traditions of Spring Hill because the rooms are way bigger than the other place we were considering. I'd recommend them to others and already have.

"Good tour, but not right for our family needs"

We had a good tour at Traditions, but it wasn't right for my parents. It was too busy, and the windows were too high for them to see outside. Plus, it has two stories with activities on the second floor, which wouldn't have worked well for my mother.

"New Assisted Living Facility Offers Personalized Care & Outdoor Access"

Visited this assisted living facility in August while it was still under construction. Could only evaluate based on the layout of the living area and what they told us about the planned programs. We were contacted again on August 4th once it was newly built. The manager in charge of Memory Care, is located south of Franklin. The facility is run by the company Traditions and has been licensed for administration and nursing. It offers both assisted living care and memory care with a total of 16 available rooms. Residents have access to outdoor spaces. She plans activities based on individual resident needs. The all-inclusive fee is $5400 for a private room and $3800 for a semi-private room, plus a $500 deposit and $1000 community fee. They have a medical staff available 24/7 and a ratio of 1 caregiver for every 8 residents.
