"Caring Community with Excellent Staff"
Overall, this place is really nice. The people who work here are so nice and helpful. When my sister first moved in, we had some issues, but everyone here helped us even though it wasn’t their fault. Now, I can’t think of anything that needs to be better. My sister is happy, joining in activities, and most importantly, she’s safe and well cared for.

"Assisted Living Facility Shines with Cleanliness and Independence for Residents"
The community impressed us right from the entrance with its cleanliness and aesthetics. It didn't feel like a nursing home at all. We appreciated that even though our loved one has dementia, they started him out in assisted living to maintain his independence for as long as possible. The staff took excellent care of him, and based on our experience, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

"Unempathetic Staff at Trinity Hilly Assisted Living"
Except for a few people, the staff at the assisted living facility lack empathy and struggle with understanding residents' physical and mental limitations. When you're paying around $5100.00 a month, you expect better. Being friendly matters to many residents, especially those without much family visiting. Unfortunately, some employees at Trinity Hilly seemed more interested in their paycheck than doing their job.

"Decent community; sales pitch; basic needs met."
This community was decent, but they declined my loved one. It felt more like a sales pitch. Basic needs met for residents.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Mom's care by nurses needs improvement. Staff behavior varies. Food quality inconsistent. Cost should be lower. Prospective families should chat with patients and staff.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
The staff here are really positive and helpful. It's perfect for some older folks, especially those who enjoy bingo. If you're looking for activities like bingo and maybe bridge, this might not be the best choice. Overall, though, I believe it's a nice place.

"Impressed with staff and care; activities are great for mom."
My mother has only been there for two months, but I’m impressed by the staff and the quality of care. I’m still figuring out who does what, so I don’t accidentally bother anyone. Mother is very social, and the activities have been great for her.

"Prompt Response and Clean Environment for Memory Care Residents"
I got a call from this place super quick after chatting with someone from A Place For Mom. They answered all my questions, and we even checked out the place on the same day. The memory care section was neat, and the people living there looked like they were taken care of. My rating is based on a short visit for checking things out.

"Cozy but Concerning Assisted Living Tour"
I liked visiting this place. But, some things worried me. The room they showed wasn't bright or spacious enough for my mom. It's more indoorsy, but I prefer a more open setting for her.
