"Great Care for My Dad"
We were only there for two months before he fell, broke his leg, and needed surgery in the hospital. He didn't go back after that and passed away [date removed]. But overall, we had a great experience. They were very kind to Dad, helpful, and accommodating. I would recommend this place for anyone in my dad's situation.

"Great recommendation for Trousdale Assisted Living in Hartsville"
A Place for Mom recommended Trousdale Assisted Living in Hartsville, and it's been a great choice. Some families I know in Gallatin have also had positive experiences here. The layout is easy to get used to, there are plenty of caregivers for the residents, everyone is friendly, and the facility is well-managed. [Name removed] is excellent (I think she’s the senior manager), and my father likes this place as much as another bigger facility in Hendersonville.

"Convenient Location and Caring Staff"
This place doesn't come with furniture, and once you pay the deposit, you can't get it back. However, they really do take good care of your mom. We chose this community because it's near our house. I think other people would like it too. Also, thanks to everyone there who helped me during this tough and new experience with my mom.

"Trousdale: Not Ideal for Mom, Mostly Medicaid Residents"
Trousdale seemed really old, dark, and sad. It felt more like a nursing home than an assisted living community. The person who showed me around was very friendly. But honestly, it’s not where I’d want my mom to stay—I think most residents are on Medicaid.

"Assisted Living Facility Lacks Responsibility and Management"
The place doesn't seem to have anyone really in charge. Nobody takes responsibility for anything. Our mail often doesn't come on time, and sometimes it sits in the P.O. box for a whole month. We've talked to them about this problem many times. The management is too relaxed; they never call us back.
