"Friendly staff, mixed support—still recommend Vantage Pointe."
We’re dealing with some problems related to our family member at Vantage Pointe. While it’s not entirely their fault, they haven’t been very helpful in addressing our concerns. I think they could be more supportive. On the bright side, the staff is great in all other aspects. I’d still recommend Vantage Pointe to others.

My parents have lived at VP for about 18 months. They seem happy there. The staff knows them well and keeps their apartment very clean. Pros: - Always clean - Well-kept grounds - Friendly staff - Nice decor - Quick response to alerts - Many well-run activities - Shuttle service for errands - Pleasant residents - Convenient West Nashville location Cons: - Weak shared cable service - Hard to reach staff by phone - Basic food - High staff turnover - Unrepaired interior cracks

"Friendly and Clean Assisted Living, Great Care for Grandma"
This community is really nice. The staff is very friendly and kind, very patient. We're pleased with the care my grandmother receives. The community is always clean and well-maintained. She seems to enjoy the food, although with her dementia, it's hard to tell day-to-day. As long as she's safe and well cared for, we're satisfied.

This place is really nice. The staff is super friendly, kind, and patient. We’re thrilled with the care my grandmother receives. The community is always clean and well-maintained. My wife is doing alright at this place, getting used to it. It's clean and well-kept. The staff is nice and tries hard to take care of her. I'm setting up some activities for her; they do offer them. The food is alright. Overall, I feel confident about the care she's getting. It's not too expensive, so I'd recommend it.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
I don’t know if my opinion matters. It’s my neighbor, he, who moved in there, and honestly, he hates it! He feels like he's in prison because he couldn't drive for two months until last week. The TV reception in the guest rooms is awful, which is really bad for them. He says the food isn’t as good as it was in March and wonders if the cooks changed. Maybe it’s just an old man thing. He says he’s lonely, but that’s his fault for not hanging out in the lobby and watching the better TV down there. Not driving has helped his ribs heal, though. I liked the place. He just says he hates it, feels like he’s in prison, and thinks it’s too expensive. Bottom line, old folks’ attitudes change when they’re confined, and he needs to meet the great staff halfway.
